My wife and I stopped by Blanca’s Snowcones and really enjoyed the mango treat. It was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, our experience with the food left us very disappointed and concerned.
I had ordered a chicken torta and specifically asked before placing the order if it contained only chicken. The person taking the order clearly told me “yes.” After receiving the food, I noticed slices of deli meat inside. When I returned to ask about it, I was told it was turkey, but it was unmistakably ham.
This is not just a small oversight. For many people, including those of us who avoid pork for religious reasons (pork is haram in Islam), this kind of misinformation is deeply upsetting. Transparency about ingredients is not optional. It is a basic expectation of professionalism and respect for your customers.
I am writing this review not to attack the business, but to make other customers aware and to hopefully encourage the owners to take ingredient transparency more seriously moving forward. It is a shame because the mango was excellent, but trust is essential and this experience unfortunately broke it.

This place is reminiscent of a corner store in Central or South America— brought to life with colors, music, smells, etc.
I stopped by for a mangonada, a sweet and spicy dessert that I love. It is such a treat that I neglected to order it because I’d prefer to share it with someone. But I was tempted by the Esquite, which I believed would have been presented as corn on the cob. But it came in a small styrofoam cup topped with all the promised adornments. My tastebuds were delighted by the tart and mildly spicy snack. While small, consuming a larger portion of this treat may be overwhelming. I finished it in under five minutes. It came out to less than $7. I hope to return one day to share a mangonada with someone.
Consider supporting this family business! The options are eclectic and indulgent.

I tried the mangonada, nachos and the elote. The nachos and elote were good. I wasn’t a fan of the mangonada. They offered a sample of a warm corn drink that was very tasty but I went specifically for the drink. Overall, I was able to try something new so it was worth it in the end but I will stick to what I know in the future.

This is certainly a hidden gem. The staff is very friendly. It has atol de elote(my favorite winter drink), plus other assorted drinks and snacks. I will definitely come back to try other items.

This place is really good, I tried the esquite, mangonada, and fresas con crema. Both the esquite and mangonada are really delicious, would definitely recommend getting. But the fresas con crema could’ve been better, the strawberries were a little too mushy. Definitely try this place out!!

Great mangonadas and great service!! They have a HUGE variety of mexican dulces/helados. They also have a variety if breads (including pan dulce) 10/10 definitely recommend

The snow cones are my favorite Blanca, the owner, is super friendly and attentive. We also got some paletas, esquites, natural juices. Their menu has a lot of variety.
