Tonight, after ordering my food. I asked how long it was going to take, because I’m gonna wait in My car? The guy! Asked me which car I was in and told me he would bring it out to me. He went above and beyond customer service the guys name when he brought it out. Was Robert shout out to Robert? Great customer
For the amount of money y’all charge for food, you should at least be putting out food that is edible!
I ordered online today and I got to sample a few appetizers and they were/are delicious! Thank you so much! Please continue making your delicious food. We will continue to support this restaurant!
I was informed by another customer that the other locations service is not this horrible. She stated she don’t normally come to this location either. Per the other customer, if we were at any other location, they would’ve easily fixed the cashiers mistake. If you want rude service, being ripped off, and average teriyaki chicken, then you have come to the right place.
However, if you want some authentic teriyaki chicken that’s actually marinated not just smothered in sauce, check out Pacific Island Taste, Island Flavor, Grindz 2 Da Max, Paina Cafe, really any Hawaiian BBQ restaurant will hit the right spot. After giving their teriyaki bowl a try, I’m glad I didn’t try their chicken katsu, I have a feeling I would’ve been disappointed, more than I already was. Oh & not that big of a deal but a little side note, their cashier who messed up on one of our orders learned something new tonight, “GF” on their menu stands for ‘gluten free’. I asked her what GF on their menu meant and she looked at me as if I had 7 heads.
The mix veggies broccoli cabbage and carrots I asked for fried rice & 2 Chicken egg rolls yummy so much food it took me TWO days to Finish it. Yummy Yumm I’m Hooked & Stuffed
I WILL BE GOING THERE AGAIN REALLY SOON.
