Ordered a footlong chicken bacon ranch sub from here on 1/22/26 through Doordash, I was given old hard stale bread, paid for extra cheese and barely got a tiny pinch of cheese or any ranch, sandwich was cold like the chicken wasn’t even heated up, and the tomatoes were rotten and mealy. My sub was not taped shut nor was the bag it was in, which means my food could have been tampered with. This Subway has been consistently bad food quality wise and customer service wise. I paid almost $40 to have this sandwich delivered and this is what I get? Doordash only wanted to refund me $3. Done with this Subway and with Doordash.

Ordered a Philly on Italian Herb bread. When I opened the sandwich it bread had definitely not been baked, as you can see in the photo. It is very flat and had a doughy texture. I took it back to Subway. The female worker stated that was how all their bread was. I pointed out it looked nothing like the baked bread in the case. She handed me the sub back and said there was nothing she could do about it. $8.00 wasted. c

The only subway I’ve encountered that doesn’t warm the steak on a Philly steak and cheese. Happens often. Put notes to “Heat the Steak” and the manager told me that wasn’t necessary-it is Mandatory. Vegetables were fresh and the bread was still warm. Lady behind the counter was very friendly and respectful. I really like how clean it is. Nothing I hate more than seeing areas that are unclean. I always wonder if it’s visibly unclean what is it like where you CAN’T see. I’ll be getting sandwiches on the regular from this store.

I will not be returning to this substandard store. I ordered my usual BMT. Quantity of meat was 1/2 what other local Subways put on a sandwich. Amount of cheese was also scant. I asked for black olives and received 5 slices total, 2 slices of tomato instead of 3. Lettuce was the only thing they didn’t skimp on. Another customer entered the store and went into the restroom. She came out immediately and complained to the staff about the restroom being dirty. Employee said staff had not got around to cleaning yet-It was 3:30 pm

My husband and I stopped in here on 9/2/25 around 6pm and the methed out girl with dentures who was working decided to flirt with my husband right in front of me, then asked how long we’ve been together, I guess hoping that I would say we’re not together. Then she started telling us that she was talking to her son’s dad again but that she was keeping her options open. I find this highly inappropriate, we came in for food, not for her to try and get with my husband like I wasn’t even standing there.

I ordered to go from this location. Arrived 10 minutes after placing the order. Nobody was making my food. They were standing around cleaning. I’m guessing preparing to leave quickly in an hour after they closed. When I asked the employee why nobody was making my food she told me to leave the store. The employee Kayla was extremely rude and wanted to make sure I have her first name, last name and date of birth so I can report her because she was so adamant I was in the wrong. This is why you are losing customers. I then received a call from another employee Shannon who felt the situation was handled completely incorrectly and very kindly and quickly addressed my concerns. In a world of Kayla’s , be a Shannon.

My coworkers and I frequently pick up mobile orders from this establishment for lunch 2-3 days a week. Nevertheless, the customer service has been disappointing lately. We visited last week, and my coworker observed they were currently preparing her sandwich. Through no fault of their own, she forgot to add a special message to her order regarding her allergy and accidentally called the wrong location. She courteously requested a new sandwich and apologized. Regrettably, the male and female staff members collaborated and began yelling at her, asserting she had left a negative review two to three months prior stating they had made her sandwich incorrectly. They asserted their manager had reviewed the security footage, which proved they had not made the sandwich wrong. However, my colleague has never left a Google review. When she denied their accusation, the female staff member responded with a terrible attitude, saying ‘YEAH, YOU.’ The disrespect displayed was sufficient for us to decide to take our Subway orders, which we place two to three times a week, to a different location.

Food was great, staff was friendly and fast. Only complaint I have, is there is a very loud alarm on the door. I understand needing something so that the workers in the back know someone is there. It literally sounds like a bomb. I feel like one ding, maybe two would be plenty. It’s unpleasant to be eating in the restaurant and dinging constantly going on. Other than that, experience was great. Some of the sodas were out, but it was a Sunday and they just got through with a rush so I don’t really want to complain about the sodas that’s understandable after a rush. They were working on cleaning, and restocking whenever we left so they were trying to get back on track.
