This is one of the worst and most overpriced pizza places in Austin. I’ve had problems here before, but I went tonight because it was the closest location. I usually order from the Leander location, which is much better.
I ordered an extra-large pizza with four toppings: pepperoni, ham, salami, and spinach. When I checked the pizza, it only had two toppings. The manager admitted they were out of the others—but still intended to charge me for a four-topping pizza and let me leave without saying anything. That is literally trying to scam a customer.
When I called it out, they dumped cold Italian sausage on top of an already cooked pizza. Disgusting.
I don’t want their damn money back. They can keep the extra $2–$3. I’m leaving this review with photos so anyone in Cedar Park knows what to expect. Go to Domino’s or the Leander location instead—they’re friendly and I’ve never had an issue there. Don’t support these scammers.

Ordered honey hot pepperoni pizza wings and cheesy bread. Arrived timely but whoever made this pizza made the center so thin you cannot pick up a slice. And the crust has so much seasonings it’s orange. And inedible. Definitely will

Just the absolute worst Marco’s out there – last time we ordered, they were out of pepperoni (not told anything until arriving at the store to pick up – canceled order, got a refund and hit up Dominos) Decided to give them another chance – NOPE! This time, 30 min after they said it would be ready, and watching them cut it, only to put back on a screen and put through the oven again, was handed this masterpiece by the dysfunctional, bickering crew. With so many other options, not worth a third strike (if I could have gotten this debacle canceled and refunded too I would have, but kids were already getting dinner later than expected)

I ordered delivery waited an hour didn’t call until 15 minutes after my delivery time to ask for an update because it still said it was baking. They told me they do not have any delivery drivers and that I could come pick it up or they would refund it. See i understand being short staffed but its ridiculous to not call or email me to tell me that they will not deliver it if I had not called I would have never even know.

So I had ordered a Medium Philly Cheese steak Pizza, on July 17th, 2025 at this location. I ordered for delivery, and it said it was on the way. But I thought they would come directly to my apartment door, well the driver called and couldn’t find me. So I had to go all the way downstairs, and walk all the way to the office just to have him hand it to me. Then once I took it back to my place, opened it up the whole pizza looked like a 5 year old had just randomly threw on everything (meat, probs no sauce, very bland, no taste, and just sloppy child mess)! I will NEVER order from Marcos ever again! I might as well, just make my own homemade pizza which will be way better than whoever did mine! I even called today July 19th, to complain and try getting my money back but he said the manager would be in soon, but then turned around and told me he wasn’t coming in today! So I really hope he gives me my refund back! I highly will NOT recommend Marcos to ANYONE!

When I ordered, the estimated time was 30 minutes for delivery. The pizza arrived 1 hr and 30 minutes later and was barely warm. The quality was not worth the wait and will not order again.

3 Pepperoni magnificent orders in a row, 3 regular pepperoni pizzas delivered. No heat lights/warm counter for pizza in the restaurant, so food gets cold very quickly if not picked up right as it comes out of the oven. This would be less of an issue if they were on time ever.
No one is ever working the register on arrival, employees have to keep getting off the line to take care of customers and this is not done quickly.

I’ve eaten Marco’s pizza quite a bit, so I was super frustrated with the situation. I ordered online at 6:04 and my food didn’t arrive until 7:40. I called at least once to check on the status of the order before it actually arrived. I took once look at the order and realized it was wrong. I have a gluten intolerance and had ordered something very specific. The crust on the pizzas I had ordered were definitely NOT gluten free and the soda was wrong. I called the store and got fed some line about how the insider was skipping pizzas and not checking orders before they went out. The shift manager I spoke to said they can’t remake pizzas due to food costs. So offering to refund my entire order is more cost effective? Doesn’t make much sense to me personally. This was all after I heard her and another employee yelling across the store about my order over the phone, very professional. So now I can’t eat anything I ordered, was told she would write my order number down and refund it at the end of the night, I have to go find something else to eat, and I’ll never be ordering Marcos again. I’ll be calling the store again tomorrow to make sure my order is actually refunded, after this experience I don’t partially believe the shift lead that’ll it’ll get taken care of.

This may be a health concern, the pizza preparation included a women with lengthy manicured nails sticking her hand with no gloves into the cheese. Then covering the dough with that cheese. My concern is the grime under the nails now on my pizza. I left immediately.
