I would like to recognize Nelson at Wawa for his truly exceptional customer service.
Not only did Nelson notice that we had forgotten our mayonnaise and run out to the parking lot to give it to us, but he also checked in and asked, “Do you need anything else? Are you good?” That extra level of care and genuine concern really stood out.

Order a HOAGIE got all the way home and 5 of the ingredients listed are not in my sub. I don’t even realize it until I ate the first half. Moving forward now I have to open my sub before I leave to make sure it made correctly. Literally no ranch no garlic aoli no sweet peppers no cucumber JUST A DRY HOAGIE

Great stop! I’ve recently become more aware of my surroundings traveling alone as a “middle aged” person. This location is on a busy corner, well lit and has clean restrooms. Ordered during hoagie fest- chicken salad on a surprisingly soft everything bagel. I added a hot fresh coffee and went about my journeys! Took the photo too late! PS add the side of sweet pickles and pickles!

Terrible experience at this Wawa. While fueling, I noticed the gas nozzle was broken and fuel was running down the side of my vehicle. I immediately went inside to notify the staff, but there was absolutely no urgency—no one came out to check the pump. I waited about 10 minutes and had to go back inside to ask for a manager. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem to care either and offered no real concern or assistance.
A leaking fuel pump is a serious safety hazard, and the lack of response from both the staff and management was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location again. Very poor customer service.

I always go to Wawa and Everytime I get gas and prepay at the counter I get a free cup of ice. She charged me 50 cents extra even though cup of ice is free with purchase.
