Went through the drive thru and was told they couldn’t make my chicken well done bc “this is fast food” and “if we made everything hot it’d take forever”. Last I checked the food should be hot every time. The photo attached is the troll who thinks doing his job is too much work. If this tbell is dead set on serving cold food I’d rather take me business to Burger King.

Foods pretty good for a Taco Bell. Used to screw up your orders a lot but they seem to be much better st that. Don’t go here at night though unless you have a spare hour you wanna waste. Every time I go the line is wrapped around the building. I called the manager to let him know this but apparently he already knows. It’s been like 8 months with no fix, maybe it’s unfixable. Also, every time I call this store the male manager is rude for no reason.

If you have a DoorDash or an Uber order or you even go through the drive-through to order food, you’re looking at about a 45 To an hour wait time, If you try to go inside and order food, they act like you’re not even standing there. Poor customer service. They do not care about you or what you have to do , if you have something important happening to go to Taco Bell is not your place to stop you’ll be late !!!!

I think taco bell hired the same guy for night shift that dpdough fired. Not 100% sure but both were tall late 30s dude with long hair and a beard. 2 am I got my food and had a flashback from months ago waiting an hr and half to get a dpdough order just to find out it wasn’t cooked. Cheese inside was still shredded. So seeing my crunch wrap not grilled and soggy and my grilled cheese burrito not grilled wrapped with shredded cheese falling off from not being melted was depressing and comical. I hope tht guy finds a job he’s passionate about.

This place is an absolute train wreck! Nobody comes to the counter to help. They expect you to order on the kiosk, but what happens when a menu item isn’t on the kiosk? You get ignored. Finally after waiving my arms looking like a fool, they had to cancel my order on the kiosk and ring it up on the register. Then I waited 20 minutes (dine in) for a simple $7 Luxe Box.

Came in 11/22 at about 11:30pm. Everyone in the restaurant was working so hard. They were slammed but kept order, didn’t mess anyone’s orders up. I was impressed. Never seen a Taco Bell like it.

Tell me why I waited 1.3 hours for some nachos?? The drive thru was obviously prioritized because about 20 people in the lobby sat around waiting for an hour just to be told they are still 11th in line.
