A few of our items were wrong, but this was by far the worse. Here is what is supposed to be bourbon blueberry empanadas. Instead they are cinnamon sugar dusted corn, bean, and cheese empanadas.

Personally I am not an empanada fan but when I saw this place I decided to try it out and let me tell you it was the BEST empanadas I have ever had. I recommend the buffalo chicken empanada and the tres leches cake. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The blonde guy behind the counter was very nice and the food was made quickly. I give it 5 stars and I highly recommend. I will be coming back soon!!!

My boyfriend and I stopped in here yesterday after our bike ride. we ordered the spicy beef empanadas and the beef and cheese empanadas. they were very delicious, full of flavor and also had a bunch of meat inside.
Then we also ordered the Nutella & marshmallow empanadas which was very good. We will definitely be coming back here more!

I would first off like to say that I am NOT an empanada fan whatsoever. My friend who lives over in the Amboy area suggested we try this place out for dinner and that I wouldn’t be disappointed, and boy was she right. By FAR the BEST empanadas I have ever tried. The buffalo chicken one was my favorite, and the nutella marshmallow was out of this world. I’m sad that I don’t live over in this area because I would be going to this place at least once a week. This place changed my opinion on empanadas. They really should open up a place in Asbury Park, it would make a killing!

Not sure how there are so many good reviews. Place was pretty dirty and unkept, food was overpriced, they didn’t have some of the stuff we wanted to order so we had to settle for what they had. Felt like I was in someone’s living room as some kid walked in without a shirt on to grab a drink from behind the counter and then walked back outside without saying anything. For a few empanadas the wait was really long.
