I think it’s always funny when the pie is cut like this. I understand they have a templet to cut and to have a certain amount of slices depending on the size of the pie. But come on haha. Two huge slices isn’t fair to those sharing the pizza. So I end up cutting it more into even slices.

I feel absolutely awful doing this because apparently the “manager” was the delivery driver. While he was super sweet and I could only sympathize with his physical condition, woman on the phone explained how he went out with six orders and if I wanted to cancel I would have to tell him since he was the manager (how could I possibly do that given the comment I made above?), the pizza was under cooked, late by an hour, and all the “extra cheese and pepperoni” was on one side. HOPEFULLY we won’t have another complaint in the morning. The photo I’m posting is of what I saved my kids from eating all in one bite. You’ll get the idea.

We’re done. i ordered a pizza today only because it was a free restitution pizza given because the last time the order took too long to arrive and was cold. This time the order came in 51 minutes, but it was incorrect. I clearly ordered topping of half sausage and half beef, and I received a pie with both pepperoni and one of the above (I think it was beef) on one half, and plain on the other. Time to cut my losses and support my local businesses. I do not want points nor have to go through another order & delivery process again.

Not your typical domino’s experience. First off, I get it…it’s domino’s. But although I do not expect the best pizza ever, I’d at least like consistency and timely service. I’d also expect to get my pizza and sandwiches cut prior to arriving. Oh, and I’d expect to actually get what I ordered. Well, curb your expectations if you order from this one in Bick. We have tried well over 5x in the past few months to give this place a chance. Nope. Literally every darn time, something if not multiple things are very wrong. Well today was the last straw when they delivered this. (See pic) this was a cheesesteak. It was LITERALLY burnt to a crisp, I mean straight charred. On top of this, one of my pies was supposed to be lite cheese, extra sauce. Nope, extra cheese no sauce. This is not uncommon. The order was also 1 hour past original estimation. It took 2 hours and 7 minutes. I live 3 min away. I’d gladly come pick it up after an hour but we can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. Food arrived cold and barely edible. Tried calling back to ask if they could remake and I’d gladly come pick it up. Gave that idea up after an 20 min on hold. Anyway, nice girl came to door and apologized for being late as she was the only one working on a Sunday night in November. I’d assume this is a product of a poorly managed business and I hope the owners can get thier act together. Can’t believe they have the audacity to actually check a box in the app that says “checking for accuracy”…the quality control is laughable. Plain and simple, this is a horribly ran domino’s

Second time i ordered from the brick location and both times took over an hour to get it and food is rushed and cold. My sandwich completely burnt and barely anything on it(see picture) how can these people send food out looking like that??. I’ll stick to the Toms River location they’re always on top of things.

Specifically called and asked them NOT to ring the doorbell and instead just please call or text. Driver gets here, rings doorbell, sends dog into a frenzy and wakes up our newborn. No apology or anything. Pizzas look like they were thrown together. Tried to support the business amongst the COVID crisis and they can’t even honor a coupon because we are 2 houses outside of their perimeters.

I ordered 2 med 2 topping pizza s along with other items. I get home and 1 pie only had 1 topping I stood there and the girl verbally told the young man to put mushrooms on the pie with black olives. Because the computer did not have mushrooms on the screen. They wanted me to come back and get the pie I ordered. My order should have been right the 1st time so why should I have to drive back there. I mean give me a credit. Not well what do you want me to do.
