Enjoyed my first Thanksgiving sub and is now my new addiction. Besides my personal preference of wanting a little more cranberry sauce, I thought it was fantastic!!! (FYI, I did order it without mayonnaise. Did not see the need for it.)

I believe that might be the best sub I have ever had. Although he was running the store alone, Mohammed (hope I spelled his name right) was handling business. He was polite and getting it done. Mohammed really took care of a previous not so great experience. But he listened to my issue and ended up remaking my entire order himself. A manager who took pride in his shop. We love the food here and were so disappointed last time. His team today took care of us and the sandwiches were delicious!

Food was excellent today! While we did have a bit of a wait, the staff never stopped working, and they apologized for the wait time. Our subs were fresh, hot, and fully packed. Prices have gone up, but still the most filling, delicious sub around.

Walked in to empty place, ordered sub & soup to go. Waited 22 minutes for some reason. Got home to find I was given the wrong sub & the soup was like dish water. Too expensive to be so disappointed with what was supposed to be my dinner

Upon arriving, the sign was off, at 8:30 pm. I still decided to go in and wasn’t greeted. A man was mopping the lobby area and a woman, I assume was cleaning the counter where the meat is heated. There was a family at a table eating and I was at the register. I waited a few moments and she told me hold on. She turned around to fill a pitcher with water and said, “it’s 8:30 bro!” Profanity may have been used by her but I cannot confirm so I will give the benefit of the doubt. At that point I walked out because I could only assume the rest of the service/food I would get would be less than satisfactory. Even if it was 8:55 I should’ve been happily served, otherwise why would the business stay open until 9. Very disappointing and bad for business.

Immediately walked out. So first off it’s 1:31 PM so I know this place is open even though the open sign has yet to be turned on. Only one table is occupied, and all the others look like a 5 year old ate there 3 days ago and the parents never cleaned it up, and to beat all when you look directly into the kitchen there is a younger guy in there with a goatee smoking a vape over the food prep. I guess this is the new way to smoke meat now apparently. Recommendation even if your mother in law is starving, find anywhere else on 360 other than this place to eat.
