My wife did a order for PICK UP through door dash. I went to get it on my way home from work. The owner, didnt want to give me my pizza because I wasnt a door dash driver!! He goes, how do I know you’re the right person to get the pizza. I said, then how would I know what name it was under and what kind of pizza??? If im that psychic then i’m in the wrong career. He then proceeded to ask his employee. If he’s ever done anything like that and the employee said all the time.. i proceeded with are you going to give me my pizza or not?? He said, well, i’m the owner and I said, okay??? Pizza or no pizza? He rudely gave it to me… When you’re the owner of a business, you should really treat your customers alot better!!! You would think being an owner of a business. You would know that you could order doordash as a pickup and not pay the fees for delv.

The owner wouldnt give my husband the pizza we ordered because we ordered it on door dash as a pick up. He gave my husband grief and told him he had to prove he was a driver.

Walked in ordered chicken bacon artichoke thin crust pizza. They did not put it on thin crust. Nobody liked dinner. They said we can come get a new one at 7 pm, when kids are hungry angry lol. Won’t come back. Also terrible customer service.

This Papa Murphy’s is excellent, and would have received a 5 star review were it not for the manager. The employees are all fantastic, polite, and do their jobs well. The manager, on the other hand, is rude, curt, and expresses his irritation openly at customers who do not order ahead of time for pick up.
After shaking his head and muttering loudly at a customer behind me, an older gentleman, the customer inquired where he could find the phone number to do so. “The internet,” the manager replied in an aggressive tone. I apologized for not placing an order online, and the inconvenience. The manager responded by shaking his head and muttering under his breath.
This location needs better oversight by upper management.

The pizzas are lack toppings, so much that even the pictured pizzas on the app has more toppings visible. I will not be ordering from this location . This is the thinnest stuffed pizza iv gotten from them yet and the toppings on the top layer are as you can see a lot of just dough . Very disappointed yet again . I recommend trying a different location because papa Murphy’s pizza a so good if made correctly. Bought this pizza today 1-15-2023 second photo is after the pizza cooked added bacon to the top and extra ranch to spread the toppings out

This is the BEST pizza in town! You bake it yourself so you control how done you want it. My preference is probably more done than most people like it, I just don’t like it all gooey. In fact we just had Papa Murphy’s on Tuesday night. It was wonderful!

The price, flavor and service at any given location has always been great.
There is always a problem at this location when ordering a sale/ promotion pizza. They tell you it is on line only when is not and give you lame answer for it. I just go to a different store now with no issues and welcomes my business. Still love the pizzas.

We ordered food via website we were at an appt had 30min instead of sitting in a hot truck we went and sat on the bench inside we walked in I stated we have an order we are waiting for the response we received was “it’s not due for 30 minutes “ with a tone of we were inconvenienced by us we stated we don’t mind waiting it’s no problem. He did go get the dough and make them and met when they were done “they are ready “ with a tone of we were inconvenienced by us. I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than my pick up time and anticipated waiting, but my order was already made. The store was clean. The staff were friendly and respectful.
The parking was easily accessible and directly in front of the pizza shop.
All in all 5 stars across the board. Thank you for the pleasant experience and making dinner on a busy friday an easy and tasty task.
