A Big Shout out to Brynn for making this Marcos my favorite location. Marcos Pizza is by Far and Above the best of all Pizza places near me. That is extra special because Marcos is a Chain. This Marcos used to be my go-to for pizza but over the past few years they have really declined in quality. From burnt bread sticks to under-cooked pizza when I order from Marcos it feels like a dice roll whether I’ll get something decent. The thing I value most in the food business is consistency and the only thing consistent about Marcos is their failure to deliver quality.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. The delivery took over an hour, and when the pizza arrived, it was cold and unappetizing.
When I called to inquire, I was told that the original driver had been injured and a second driver completed the delivery. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, no offer was made to re-deliver or replace the order. Unfortunately, the pizza did not taste good and did not meet the quality I expect.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improving both the quality of your food upon delivery and the way customer concerns are handled. PS they offered store credit instead of a refund.

As a New Yorker, this is pretty good pizza. I usually get them to make it NY style by stretching the dough out to make the crust thinner. The dough is freshly made as well and the cheese is shipped in daily (so I was told). Customer service is also very good as they will remake it if it is not done properly.

Usually order from here and it’s delicious. Today received multiple pizzas that had bugs on them. They refunded me but this makes me scared, as my daughter actually tasted some of the pizza. Needless to say, won’t be ordering again. Sorry for the bad picture but my daughter took it.

Ordered a few things to eat and was not impressed… I ordered a Philly cheese steak and two topping pizza with white sauce… And everything was dry and bland.. steak and cheese was dry, flavorless and who puts raw onions on a Philly??? Second I ordered a 2 topping pizza with white sauce.. even that was bland and dry.. I could see or taste the sauce… I called to ask if it normally comes like this the manager says.. next time just add extra sauce and mayo… Once he said that I was like obviously he doesn’t care..

I don’t know the gentlemans name that fixed my pizza, but he has alot of curly hair and was really nice. Wish I would’ve gotten his name because you can tell that he took his time and made the pizza with love. Haven’t had pizza this good in awhile. Thank you will be coming back!!! Give him a raise please…lol
