Make sure you do not order online!!! I very clearly and specifically clicked on pepperoni for my pizza. I was buying the 7.99 one topping pizza deal and wanted my one topping. But for some reason the computer system did not pick up my choice and I did not verify it before I placed the order. So it is my fault. But with that said, as a former Domino’s employee, you take care of your client, especially a one-topping pizza that was picked up in store. If the client is willing to drive back, you make another pizza for them. It’s that simple. I called and the manager said kindly that it was my fault and if it was an over the phone order mistake they would redo the pizza for me.
Again my fault but on such a small order in such a small overhead cost. You take care of your clients. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

Never ever go to this store, first you won’t be treated on priority rather need to keep wait for long…second you have to deal with their high on attitude, third you won’t get what you ask for( so its better to check the order there before leaving the store) , last is the quality..neither it had enough cheese nor the toppings…my half of pizzas had no topping at all..truely disappointed with Domino’s

I have ordered from this Domino’s for a few years now and have overall been very happy, until tonight. I ordered though the app, and received notification that my pizza was ready. I showed up to pick up my pizza, and they didn’t have it. At first they said I may have selected the wrong store, so I showed them on my app, and they confirmed I had the correct store. The employee simply said, that’s weird, it’s in the system but we never got the order. She said come back in 10-15 minutes and the pizza will be ready. I returned to the store, and she asks for the full order total. I responded, you’re not going to compensate me for driving here twice? She responded, it was only 10 minutes. Are you kidding me? Any restaurant that messes up your order should compensate you for the extra time and inconvenience. They did nothing, didn’t even apologize or offer any compensation. I said, I don’t want the pizza then (totally broke my kids’ hearts who had been waiting for their pizza for over an hour). It’s not about the money, it’s about customer service and respecting people’s time. I have ordered Domino’s for years, but I will never return to this store and may never order Domino’s again.
