Great customer service! Great food! We had a huge issue with Door Dash not delivering all of our food. She brought only a bag of sauce and our two sides. We couldn’t resolve the issue through DD but when we called the restaurant the sweet woman we dealt with (Lori, we think) was fantastic. She said to come on and she’d have things ready to go. Once we arrived, she provided fresh food and extra sides to make up for a mistake that was not even hers. She was so kind and really made up for DD failing at their job.

I ordered the Fireman. This doggone burger is soooo good, yall. Before I leave Memphis, I’m going to buy another one. And the hospitality…THE BEST! The young man at the register was beautiful kindred spirit. Think he said he was the Assistant Manger (Dre) and the GM has the prettiest smile. I’m sorry I hate to do this but I ordered this stuff and it was nasty. My ribs seem very old, like a day old or something and very dry brisket might have been okay. Pulled pork had a lot of gristle bone in it. I told the young lady I want it fries and baked beans but I got a double fry instead. Maybe she wasn’t paying attention to my order. Hopefully they’re not like this all the time. I’m from Wisconsin. Just wanted some Memphis BBQ + this did not hold up to it

Not sure what is going on with training, but tonight my husband and I are disappointed with the meal received. We were asked to wait for over 30mins on 2 turkey cheese burger combos and a chx nacho. We get home and the burgers are raw. Wasn’t able to contact the store. Don’t trust them to make anything else cause the nachos were scarce and wet. The burgers and buns were soggy. I had to go back out to spend more money due to this disappointment.
After speaking with Management DP, he shared his concerns and made sure we were taken care of with a whole new meal. We appreciate you DP and your team for your help and quick turnaround service. We will be back. P.S my husband really enjoyed the banana pudding.

Had out of town guests and wanted to treat them to some great (usually) TOP burgers. I ordered online and when I picked up my order all 6 burgers and fries, along with the banana pudding, were smashed into one medium bag. Everything looked pretty inedible, and some items were left completely off of the order. I had to return to the store, but unfortunately, I did not have the time for them to remake the entire order. I just apologized to my guests and decided to never purchase anything else from the store again.

I feel like my dog could produce better food if she was the one cooking. My food was warm, and full of salt. The brisket was not even sliced it was more like pulled beef I felt like I was chewing a rubber band ball. The ribs they bit me before I could bite them. They were so salty my lips were burning. The pork, let’s say I’ve touched sandpaper that was softer. The best thing I had was the apple pie. To the “foodie” that said go there may your front tooth fall out when you smile. My dog looked at the plate n walked away need I say more.

The food was outstanding. The service was a little lacking. Very few smiles and didn’t really act like they cared if we were there or not, but the food made up for it. Everything that we had was outstanding. The new restaurant is very nice. It could use some music or some tvs, but that’s simply preference. We will eat there again.

I made the decision today to never eat here again. These people couldn’t get an order right if it made itself..I ordered a hamburger with mustard, pickle only and repeated this twice through the drive thru. I got a cold, stale cheeseburger with hard cheese, lettuce and mayo.Every person that works here should be fired.

Business opens at 6:30am but no one open there doors until after 8:30am several days during the week. They also make orders incorrect in order to eat! I would recommend offering employees discounted meals or replace them with robots once the computers are up in running in Memphis!
