Usually I have a great experience at this 7 Brew, it’s my go to coffee shop on the way to work and college. But I had a rather unpleasant experience today. I ordered a large iced mocha with cherry cobbler flavor and oatmilk. I received the drink and I could immediately tell there was no chocolate in my mocha. I get this drink all the time and I know what it’s supposed to look like, it was way too pale. I simply asked for a remake and instead I had two baristas arguing with me over my drink and basically treating me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. It was a simple remake I don’t understand what the drama was for and why the baristas felt it was appropriate to argue with a customer. In the end I did receive the correct drink but I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops and be berated by the baristas to get the drink I ordered and paid for. Very disappointing service today.

Where to begin. I came in willing to try something new, but the hygiene was disgusting. An employee had visible snot/mucus on their gloves and then used those same gloves to tap the ordering tablet, smearing it across the screen. Then I was expected to touch that same screen to select a tip amount before I even received anything. I waited about 7 minutes for an iced tea that cost $4.32 and it was mediocre. I truly wish businesses well, but this place needs immediate improvement on cleanliness and basic service standards.
