Very disappointed with WingStop. Heard nothing but good news from folks in the neighborhood. Last night I found myself near the new store on Portage Rd in South Bend Indiana. I ordered the boneless wings and the bone-in. Unfortunately the boneless was caked with batter and lacked seasoning. The meaty inside tasted similar to what you get at Arby’s, except more, and I mean more, hard batter. The bone-in wings also lack a seasoned taste. To be fair to the restaurant please note I did not have them cooked in whatever sauce. Mine were plain because I wanted to taste the wing and not the sauce. I did have ranch dressing on the side. The staff was nice and professional. The restroom was clean and properly supplied.

So glad we have a Wingstop, don’t have to travel very far to enjoy some good chicken wings. Service was amazing even took our trash when we were done eating. Food was on point and what I expected it to be. They even gave us extra sauce which we appreciate!! We will definitely be coming back.

Do not give this WingStop a visit. You are better off going elsewhere for wings, promise me. Employee was caught not only putting her hands in the trash then starting to make food, but she also said a racial slur to a customer, which this all was caught on camera.

workers never seem like they know what theyre doing, food is great but 20 mins to wait with 4 orders is terrible. Been here 5 times now and literally everytime i ask for ranch, get charged for it and never get ranch. Last couple times I ask hey is there ranch and they reassure me there is and never is in there.

I had a minor problem on my end on the app with ordering at the wrong location, I alerted them right away and they let me know they’d refund my order, slipped my mind and a couple weeks went by and I realized I hadn’t gotten my money back, so I called and very quickly the manager let me know to just come to the store and grab the cash amount if the refund hadn’t processed by the next day. The male manager who helped me finish the issue today (3/4 3:30pm) was overly nice and had no problem assisting me. He even upgraded my drink on the new order I placed today! This is my normal store I order from and it’s always great. You guys are doing great!
