Leaving the 1 star review.
After much consideration on updating this review I think is best to let management know what happens after… We went back to this location after being told by the district manager that our previous experience would be addressed, and that our food would be taken care of. Unfortunately, the visit was still disappointing. One of the dishes came out poorly prepared, and another plate had meat that was still raw.
I truly wanted this visit to be better, especially after management involvement, but the ongoing food quality issues made it hard to enjoy the meal. I appreciate the attempt to make things right, but consistency and proper food preparation are essential.
I strongly recommend not going to this location…

Unfortunately, the service we received from Debbie M. was very poor. I understand that miscommunication can happen between the server and the kitchen, but the issue was how the situation was handled at the table. When we asked for mistakes to be corrected or for items that were forgotten, the waitress responded in a snappy and confrontational manner. Her tone and behavior felt unnecessarily aggressive, which made the experience uncomfortable.
Mistakes happen, but respectful communication and professionalism go a long way.
If you come, please asked not to be served by this server… Her attitude and demeanor are atrocious!

I want to start off by saying I have came here regularly before applebees was joined. I loved it but this is the second time that I have been upset about service all around. Arrived and waited about 15 min for someone to even come to the door. Two customers left waiting. Got to my table and she said there was a long wait for food, which was fine and said people have left without paying. Took 45 min until I was able to find our server again to get a refill of coffee or water. Never came again until after the food was served ( served by someone else because it was there waiting for a while). My daughter was missing her side and we were missing utensils, sauces and napkins. Had to go to kitchen myself and there was someone else who was served before me awaiting utensils. When I finally got utensils ( pancakes, how was she going to eat it by hand), our food was cold. I was already upset. It’s not the kitchen, I could care less of the hostess.. it was the service. Manager came at end i was upset by then so I said it’s done I dont want her in trouble. Wanted to comp my meal i said no.. I dont care about it. Just be better. Took forever to find her again for my tab! I paid. Disappointed today. Last visit was similar. Toddler didnt even eat at the end she was just tired of waiting.

Every single item in my pickup order was wrong. Wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, missing sauces. The salad had the wrong type of chicken and consisted of a handful of drenched spinach. The wonton tacos were served in cold, stale tortillas. The appetizer was missing all three sauces. There was one couple in the restaurant. They weren’t busy. Don’t eat here or order from here.

I had a great experience at this Applebee’s/IHOP combined restaurant. It’s really convenient having both menus in one place since some people in our group wanted breakfast while others wanted lunch. The service was friendly and the food came out hot and tasted great, especially the pancakes and burgers. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere.

Our server Will was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We got seated fairly easy for a Saturday afternoon. Food came out quick, hot, and well cooked. Someone at our table had a steak and it was cooked near perfectly. Good experience.

We love the food. We always enjoy eating here. But one server in particular stood out to us. Elena gives us the warm and fuzzy feeling of comfort and southern hospitality. Her kindness and attention to detail showed us how much she cares. We met her once before, and when she saw us again she recognized us right away! My 9 year old daughter also wanted to leave a review and say “She is amazing, we love her, 5 stars!” We want to say thank you for making our visits to IHOP an absolute pleasure and great experience!

Excellent food. Vegetables were fresh and food was cooked to perfection. Service attitude was good but just needed a little more like checking on all customers drinks. I went in at a slow time of the day so it may just seemed a little down. But sports decoration and furnishings were all clean, presentable and inviting.
I think people just need this place a try. I was also a bit put off by having an IHOP with Applebee’s but I am glad I tried it.

I picked up an online order inside the restaurant, and the process was quick and easy. The hostess was friendly, and my order was ready in a short amount of time. She let me know which bags contained each of the items I ordered, which was helpful.
When I got home, the food was still warm and everything was included—especially appreciated since I didn’t double‑check before leaving. Overall, it was a smooth and accurate pickup experience.
