I love The Creamy Spoon! The mimosa carafe is appropriately priced, and well mixed. The food never disappoints. I am a picky eater, and I am still extremely satisfied with whatever i order.
The customer service is always courteous and matches the ambiance. Check the website/menu to get an idea if what ti expect. But I recommended this place 100%
*As a final note, i always walk here. If you’re driving, there is parking close by, but nothing immediately in front of the cafe.

Located on ground floor of the old Hotel Glendale. Excellent omelettes, crepes, sandwiches. Our favorite is the French Omelette. Fluffy egg omelette with creamy delicious Boursin cheese inside. We love going to the Creamy Spoon for a special weekend brunch treat. Atmosphere is open and not stuffy.

My 5 pillars that define a good restaurant:
Food (0-10): overall 7
Let me explain. Breakfast is amazing and deserves 10 out of 10 their omelets are great and highly customizable but when it comes to real lunch and dinner then I would say it is very average. I highly suggest you go their for breakfast or brunch while thinking of having omelets
Service (0-10): 10
Their service is 10 out 10. They will help you with everything you need.
Cleanness (0-10): 10

Glendale is always a great place to have any business. You might miss it if you don’t know where it is that’s why I included a picture of the building

This place is amazing! The food, atmosphere, service and music were completely on point. Absolutely delicious meals and big portions. Parking is coin operated street parking but if you don’t have any clubs, you can come in and they’ll give you $2 in quarters and then add it to your bill. Problem solved.
I felt like I was transported to the bistros all around the streets of París.
This is a definite, MUST VISIT and frequent restaurant!

I order from this place via Postmates all the time, but for Mother’s Day, I decided to take my mom & daughter to try it in the restaurant. I was not disappointed! The staff were lovely, the atmosphere was beautiful and the food was AMAZING as always. I am OBSESSED with the Eggs Benedict. I don’t think it can get any better than that. My mom got the Healthy Omelet (with full egg instead of just whites) and my daughter got the Nutella Crepe.
I highly recommend going in here and enjoying the full experience. I’ll still order via Postmates when I need to, but coming in is going to become more of a thing for myself and my daughter.
Thanks to the staff for doing so well on a crazy Mother’s Day morning.

Delicious French Bistro with way more offerings than we first thought. We chose brunch and ordered one Benedict with Salmon and one with spinach. The Hollandaise was exactly the right amount just covering the egg with little spill over. Most interesting was the Brioche bread cut into english muffin size circles. A very unique and tasty choice. They came with rosemary potatoes that were perfectly crispy on the outside and completely soft inside! All dishes came with a salad as well. Our other guest had a salmon crepe and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had a Mimosa each that complemented our breakfast perfectly. Servers were always kind and checked on everyone very often. The menu even had Escargot and Filet Mignon that we will come back for soon. Great Glendale location off of Broadway less than a mile from the Americana. Just without the crazy amount of people. We went on a Saturday around 11 and the small dining room was mostly full but still had a few tables and it never felt crowded. Middle range prices. The filet was the most expensive at $37 which is a pretty good deal imo. Our bill came to $80 for 3 people with 2 coffees that were amazing and the 2 Mimosas plus three entrees that averaged $17 each and were good portions but not too much. Definitely worth it if you want French style food!

I loved the atmosphere. French decor with pretty chandeliers. It’s not a big place but a very cozy place. I did call to reserve a table for Sunday brunch and I’m glad I did. I had the Morracan omelette with potatoes. The omelette has spicy sausage which I like. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict which looked absolutely amazing. My son ordered eggs Benedict over crab cake. I had a taste and it was wonderful. We ordered a couple of croissants before our meal, chocolate and almond. I must say they were perfect. I had the Creamy Spoon special latte, La Vie en Rose. If you like Rose’s you will love this coffee drink. They also offered bottomless Mimosa’s for brunch. We also had fresh French Bread with our meal. It was so soft and yummy. I was very pleased with our visit. We ordered 12 Macaroons to go. They had 6 flavors. Chocolate, pistachio, raspberry, caramel, lemon and vanilla. They were so soft and full of flavor. Not hard at all.
Lucky for us our Son lives down the street. So when we are in SoCal we will definitely be back. I would recommend making reservation. They are also open for dinner during the week.

Everything about the restaurant is top tier. In a world of fast food and mass production. This restaurant caters to a demographic of people who appreciate food made with heart. The chef and staff are very friendly. I highly suggest stopping by for brunch or breakfast.

First time here. Oh my gosh, this is a gem! From the first bite, your mouth savours the fresh and complex flavors. The staff is so warm and welcoming. I had the savory crepe (La Bretagne Crepe) with a side of French onion soup. These are the best I’ve had in southern California. My wife had the Boeuf Bouguignon. It too was amazing!
For desert the pear tart was really wonderful. I had a simple bowl of berries with whipped cream. I was impressed with the varied selection of fresh berries and the attention to detail of the cuts of the strawberries. The homemade whipped cream was perfect.
We have now decided this will become our regular weekend restaurant! Great job Vladimir and team!

We’ve been meaning to try this place for the longest time but kept forgetting to go. We won’t forget anymore, everything was delicious and service was great. The eggs Benedict was incredible but the real star is the potatoes that come on the side. Highly recommend.
