My daughter loves buffalo wings, but this Restaurant is horrible, needs new Cooks, better managment, and Much better customer service training.
Visited on Saturday at 4pm, After being seated we waited 20min to get menu’s then another 20min to for our order to be taken. Wait time for the food was ok, we ordered Honey BBQ wings (Delicious) Teriyaki wings (horrible burnt taste) and Lemon Pepper (Extremely salty)
Defineltly not the delicious flavor BWW has been known for.
You guys dropped the ball here, and by the 3 stat ratings and most reviews it seems like its an ongoing issue

Everything was spectacular! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The wings were amazing, and the sauces were on point. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings!

Buffalo Wild Wings was lively and a bit crowded, but Zhane kept service quick and smooth. We enjoyed Kona beer, mozzarella sticks, Thai curry wings, onion rings, and a variety of cocktails. The Patron Margarita and Strawberry Margarita were standout favorites, with mozzarella sticks also hitting the mark. Overall, it’s a busy yet fun place to hang out with friends.

Food: We ordered 15 boneless wings and 15 traditional wings (mango habanero, spicy garlic and buffalo sauce). I really enjoy spicy food, so my all time favorite sauce is Mango Habanero, but if you prefer something less spicy, spicy garlic sauce is a good choice. We also ordered All-American Cheeseburger (5/5), Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap (5/5), and Classic Chicken Sandwich (5/5).
Service: Our waiter was quite friendly and constantly checked on us throughout dinner and made sure we were comfortable. Loved the service!

We ordered both boneless and traditional wings, one with BBQ sauce and the other with the spiciest blazing hot sauce. Both were fantastic, packed with flavor, and served with a delicious blue cheese dip that complemented the wings perfectly. However, the food took quite a while to arrive, even though the place wasn’t that crowded. Overall, the wings were worth the wait, but the service could be quicker.

So I stop by earlier in the day trying to use a coupon and The GM Andre told me I can’t use it here and give me directions to where I can redeem it at! That’s was great!

The staff was off the charts!! Nas the Night Manager gave me great direction on how to use my blazing rewards!!! Melanie and Gelmier service was amazing!!!
All and all I been coming to BWW since I was 18 and this was one of the Best Experiences ever!!!
