I used to go here nearly 3x a week out of convenience but the last 3x I went there they didn’t put the order in correctly for example I asked for bacon egg and cheese meal deal and they charged me for it separately making it $9 instead of the $6. Do it enough times they can pocket the money. Scams honestly. But besides that the donuts have been dry and hard which means their not storing them correctly. I will take the drive 5 mintues down the road to avoid them. Always ask for a recipient there too. Ever since they updated dated it its only been problems. Terrible. Train your employees better.

I literally come here everyday, and order the exact same drink yet I get a different drink everyday. Today was my last straw as they put coconut in my coffee and I instantly got nauseous. I’m honestly really tired of spending money here everyday for the wrong order. I’m finding a new dunkin to go to or maybe just not go to dunkin anymore. It’s a shame because there’s a couple really nice people there.

My cappuccino literally tasted like there wasn’t any Expresso in it at all. Just milk and foam. Asked for a shot of Expresso, she took my drink and I’m pretty sure the woman at the window didn’t put anything in it. All she did was step out of view. She handed me back the same drink as it was. You’ll waste your time and money at this one, save yourselves the struggle and go to a different Dunkin.

Dunkin’ is my go to for a quick easy coffee and breakfast in the morning. I’ll go to any Dunkin over Starbucks or Honeydew. That being said, service varies from location to location. The service at this Dunkin is very good. Staff are always polite and always get my order right, even when it’s a lot.

Online it says 8pm they close.NUMEROUS TIMES they’ve closed before 8. 7:30pm I used my app & free coffee reward. I get to the speaker & they tell me they are closed. I get to the window & she said I can come tomorrow am for my iced coffee. When do they run out of coffee??? & why close 1/2 hour before they close? It’s ridiculous at this point!!
