I stopped in at Chick-fil-A today for lunch and was impressed. I had the chicken sandwich with French fries which were delicious. The best part was the chocolate milkshake I had for dessert which was delicious! What set this restaurant apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member was friendly, and helpful, went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was enjoyable. The staff even checked in to see if I needed anything extra. This restaurant had the best staff of any restaurant I have reviewed. Highly recommended 110 A+

If I could leave a negative star, I definitely would and I will never be returning here again, even though I visit every day sometimes twice a day first of all, I had an order that was supposed to be in the care’s book that wasn’t replaced. They said that it had already been taken care of OK fine and dandy. I paid for my order then I pull off and there was no silverware or plasticware in the bag for my macaroni and cheese. I pull back thru the line. The manager comes out. She either had red or Purple glasses on, and her hair pulled back in a bun, and basically threw the plasticware at us and said there was one put in the bag I mean why would we pull back through the line to sit there with a car that’s overheating for plasticware if there was some in the bag. The lady/Manager or whoever she is definitely does not need to be working in customer service like that. Definitely will be returning to the one in Sevierville. Never had an issue ever.

We sat in the drive through from 10:10 until 10:31 I had a mobile order placed and when I got to the speaker they told me they couldn’t serve me breakfast bc it was past 10:30. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I understand if I had been late but you guys did not have anyone working and you guys would not serve me. I come to this location 3 times a week but I probably won’t be back because of how rude and inconsiderate this establishment is.

Waffle fries were warm at best and not cooked completely, chicken nuggets were ok, breading was falling off most of them. Lemonade was good and employees were nice. It was cold in the lobby so I sat in my vehicle and ate.
I did not have the time to go back and complain. I was traveling and hungry we don’t have a chic fil a around home so this was your chance and it was not worth the time or money.

Ended up with food poisoning. Would not recommend!

I placed a breakfast order at 9:45 AM, well before the 10:30 cutoff. I arrived at the location with plenty of time, but by the time I reached the drive-thru speaker, the employee told me “breakfast is over” and that they were short-handed. Because of their delay, my order was canceled yet the reward points I used were never returned! It’s incredibly frustrating that I was penalized as a customer for their slow service and lack of staff. I tried to explain the situation, but there was no willingness to help or make it right. I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A for great service, but this experience was honestly disappointing and unprofessional. Please fix this issue and train your staff to handle these situations better customers shouldn’t lose rewards because of the restaurant’s delay.

Would be helpful if menu boards were placed before the people taking your order. And the small boards that are under the awning are covered by employees standing. If you ask for a menu it’s like you are bothering them. Otherwise food was good .

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order for curbside pickup and sat there for over 15 minutes watching what must have been 100 cars go through the drive-thru while my order just sat in limbo. I finally went inside to ask, and was told “we’re working on it.” Meanwhile, people who pulled in after me were already leaving with their food.

What’s the point of offering curbside if it gets ignored while the drive-thru is prioritized? If I wanted to waste this much time, I would’ve just gone through the drive-thru and been done in a fraction of the time. Completely defeats the purpose of the service and shows a total lack of organization or care for customers who choose curbside.

I was in a rush and this was infuriating. Chick-fil-A is known for being fast and efficient — this location was the exact opposite.
