Great place, outdoor seating. Outdoor atmosphere, somewhat shaded. Can order drinks from bar inside the Saloon, dog friendly! Food truck on the premise with great food. Did the trio of tacos and slides at happy hour. Red Sangria and key lime pie. The sangria wasn’t anything special, key lime pie wasn’t either, your at the keys have to try different pies from different places, didn’t really stand out. The tacos and the slides were WOW! Got fish, korean bbq and shrimp. Loved it so much we ordered another trio. Almost just as good, the fish wasn’t as delicious, but we’ll worth it. The sliders were great. The place wasn’t too busy the time we got there which was perfect. We liked the food so much we got a burrito, we were attacking and left so satisfied. A must if you are that part of the keys, worth going out of your way.

Spent a week in Key West at the end of September (2025). We stopped in the bar for a drink, and what looked like a little hole in the wall bar actually opens up into a big out door space out back. Fun little inside bar area with a bunch of dog pictures. Had a great drink special margarita from a friendly bar staff. I did walk out front by the food truck to try the key lime pie. This ended up being my favorite slice out of the 5 I had. It was a big slice, with a very smooth and creamy texture and a nice lime bite on a tasty crust. Wish I would have been hungry enough to try the other food. They had some live music going out back and there’s a number of tables out front by the food truck too. Located just off Duval, this place is worth a stop.

We stopped by here for an early lunch after seeing a few TikToks mentioning how good it was. Can confirm those TikToks were right. We got mimosas, chicken dumplings, and Korean bbq tacos. The meat on the tacos was absolutely incredible and the portions are pretty large. There’s lots of seating, clean bathrooms, and it’s very dog friendly. We’re so glad we stopped in on our trip and will definitely come back on our next one!

We stumbled upon Garbo’s Grill @ Hank’s and were so glad we did. Great, fast, casual food with live music and a fun atmosphere. Everything was solid, quick, and hit the spot; perfect for an easy, laid-back meal. A great little find and definitely worth stopping by!

When I was ready to take a break from seafood, this hidden oasis was just what the gastro doc ordered! I got the burger with the bacon and Korean beef, and while delicious, I think the burger with just bacon would have been just as good. Order it all, and eat the BBQ as desired. Burger came on a really delicious bun (toasted), and my wait time was 7-10 minutes tops. The Garbo’s food truck sits on the Hank’s Saloon property which is a gem in its own right. Clean courtyard with a live music stage in the back, and plenty of room to move around, dance and enjoy yourself. When you order you get a buzzer which lights up and vibrates when your order is up. When you’ve had enough fish to know the difference between red snapper and yellowtail, dock the boat and head inland to Garbo’s Grill on Caroline St!

The House of Jane
Magical lunch spot. You order from the food truck and they ding you when it’s ready for pickup. I ate the Korean BBQ tacos and they were very tasty. You get 2 tacos and they don’t allow you to mix in another type, you just get one kind. A bit of kimchi costs extra. We also got the spicy hot dogs and my family loved them. I liked eating outside under the shade trees. As with everything in Key West, lunch with tip was like $65.

Stopped here as part our day in Key West. Really cool place that features a food truck with outdoor seating, an inside bar and an outdoor seating area in the back with a stage where bands can play. Had the burger and it didn’t disappoint. We also had a couple drinks. I recommend a stop at Garbo’s if you are in Key West.

Garbo’s Grill at Hanks Saloon hit the spot! We stopped in for lunch and got some juicy burgers that were cooked to perfection . Overall, the music, chill atmosphere and their surprising love for dogs made us feel like this place is truly a local gem.
Next time we are in the neighborhood, we will definitely be stopping back in, and highly recommend this spot for a quick bite or snack.

Hands down some of the best tacos we’ve had especially the korean beef taco. Quick service during a very busy period and still great. You even get to support rescue dogs and the bar next door (Ask about Hank).
