unfortunately i would always come to this dominoes and all would be fine, but they have gone downhill…they dont wear hairnets or anything to cover facial hair so i ended up with this on my wings for my family.

I ordered two cheesy breads over the phone, but the only employee in the store spoke very limited English and misunderstood the order. Instead of the cheesy bread, I was given two stuffed crust pizzas. When I explained that this was not what I ordered or wanted, he refused to correct it and still tried to charge me for the pizzas. The situation was frustrating and the customer service was very disappointing.

A very busy place, fast paced, polite and courteous: whenever they screw up our order, they always correct it and apologize a million times! It’s right next to a very dangerous intersection, and traffic flows very fast there, so be extra careful!

I hate that the dominos app automatically picks this store for me because they’ve messed up my orders a few times in the past. I decided this time to call the store ahead to ensure that the wings are actually covered in sauce. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, told me they can only drizzle the sauce on top (lies, because other Dominos actually coats their wings) and then continued to tell me that he doesn’t have time to be talking on the phone. I’m reading through the other comments and it sounds like it’s the same guy who is rude to the customers. If that’s him, he’s gotta go.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Delivery driver will cancel the order because he doesn’t want to get out of the car. That was one incident. Final incident there was ROACHES on the pizza box. DO NOT EAT HERE. When I called to request a refund I was CONTINUOUSLY hung up on.

I ordered pizza for delivery. Tracked it on the app. Got a notification that my pizza was delivered by BRIAN….but I never got a knock on the door? Called the store, was on hold for 15 minutes listening to the automated BS, only to be disrespected left and right by not only the driver but who I could assume was the manager. He wanted to Claim I was lying. Driver claimed he knocked on the door with no answer so he left it outside? But didn’t call? Again, I WAS HOME SO NO HE DIDNT KNOCK ON MY DOOR. When I confronted the manager IN PERSON for the disrespect he proceeded to get angry and threaten my friend and once again claiming we lied. I did not lie over not receiving pizza, esp. when this pizza was to feed my children. He re-made us our order however that treatment was extremely uncalled for. BRIAN the driver should be fired for failing to deliver a pizza without calling/confirming. Should never treat people like this OVER PIZZA

Delivery went to side of house at a non functional door. Bugs got in food and became inedible. Talked to management on phone and they hung up when I described the issue. Food is untouched and I just want a replacement for $15 worth of food

I place in order online The order came and the whole pizza was smashed in and box cut il bent in half. I called the store They couldn’t find a manager then I spoke with someone that said he was the manager and wouldn’t give me his name. I found out later his name was Gerardo. He was very rude he argued with me because I explained to him how the pizza came and I just wanted to be reimbursed and he would not reimburse me. I even offered to send them pictures of the freaking pizza and box he just laughed at me but could barely speak English

Make sure you always check your delivered pizza before the driver leaves because when it’s burnt they tell you to bring it back and they will make you a new one. Hard to do when you don’t have a car available. This one when in the trash. Will never order from this store again.

My instructions were simple “please leave on the table”. They put my food on the floor and it was smashed. Sad too because the pizza was hot and that’s rare being that my food is usually cold from them.
