I had a coupon for a family meal so I decided to grab some Popeyes since it was on the way home. Soon as I walked in, I was asked by a young lady if I was picking up or placing. Before I could finish saying “placing” the young lady replied “Use the kiosk” and walked off – strike 1.
I waited for anyone to come back to the front and it happened to be the same young lady so I asked if I could use my coupon. She told me to look for the coupon button on the kiosk and walked off again. Well the kiosk wouldn’t take my coupon but I found something similar. I ordered mild & spicy chicken pieces (kiosk asks you what pieces you want) and paid for my order. The young lady saw my order and says “it’ll be 20minutes for your chicken” which I replied that’s fine, thank you. She just walks off – strike 2.
I waited the 20minutes and the young lady brings me a bag. The food was definitely fresh and hot so no complaints there. Since I waited the 20minutes, I gave the benefit of the doubt that my order was as I specified and drove home. Not only did I get random pieces of chicken but there were no spicy pieces – strike 3. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting this location again.

Great customer service, i actually left the one on west market because they were disrespectful and I came here I was very please with the service. I believe the manager name was Ra. I came thru during a busy time and they got to everybody in a reasonable time and was very respectful !

Arrived and order inside for dine in. Waited 20 minutes for two simple two piece combos, white meat. After a LONG wait finally got the order and it was wrong, two piece dark meat for both, which ine was supposed to be spicy. They fixed the order and got to booth and no spicy at all so I decided it was not worth the trouble to go back. The fries that also were “supposed” to be Cajun, were not and they were so cold. The only positive thing I can say is the tea was great! I have been to popeyes on New Garden and it was always great. I don’t know what has happened to this one but I will never come back. Also “bathrooms” OUT OF ORDER! The restaurant should not be open with no working bathrooms! I do believe that is a health violation. They had chairs blocking the doors of both when we walked in. That should have been a sign for us to leave!

Yeah never eat here and go to the west market street location. They’re much nicer and the food is fresher, it’s what the food is SUPPOSED to taste like. I got a chicken sandwich that I waiting 10 Minutes for and just for it to be over cooked rubber with no breading and a soggy bun. The only reason I ever end up at this location is because my gps took my to the wrong one. The oil is old you can taste it. West Market street location always has the melt in your mouth breading and tender chicken FRESH CHICKEN. It was gross never coming here again.

I attempted to order my food. However wanted to look at the menu. The lady came on speaker asking to take my order. I asked for one second. She replied with “ok I am on a timer”. There was no line behind me not even one car. This is not the first time I have visited this Popeyes and they have an attitude. She should have made some suggestions instead of telling me about a timer. That’s customer service. Well I won’t be returning. Popeyes it was good while it lasted. The only good Popeyes is across town and Popeyes prices aren’t that damn good.

I ordered food around 8:15pm. They could not find our order, it was a complete disaster, after waiting some time I had to get my wife to work I told them I would be back in 40 min. They still had not found my order after going around the drive thru again they found the ticket but had not made the food. Got part of the order. Missing all sauces. Food quality it bad. Been a few years since I have been to this location and tonight was an excellent reminder of why not to come here. Supplies were out. Employees were frantic. A failure of management. 10pm home to eat.

Shay is an awesome manager! She was super friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly. You can tell she really cares about both the customers and her team. The service was great, and the experience was way better because of her. Definitely coming back—Popeyes needs more managers like Shay!

They are friendly and courteous as well as fast with getting your food in a timely. Rassoul is an excellent shift manager. He conducts the atmosphere accordingly and make sure things get handled on time.

After ordering our food and waiting for about 10 minutes we were told that there is no more shrimp and after waiting another 10 minutes we were told that there were no more fried pickles. The location itself smells like burning grease. I’ve had time to write this review it’s been about 30 minutes and I have no idea what our food is going to taste like considering the smell of burning grease and someone constantly exclaiming in the background they making fresh chicken. This is a terrible experience for my first time trying Popeyes and I still haven’t tasted the food.
