I wanna start by saying that Katie and Rachel were AWESOME HOSTS! From the moment we walked in they were very friendly and outgoing, they gave us a full rundown of the spirits made by Bluewater to the mixed drinks. Had an overall outstanding time with my spouse! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND will definitely be coming back.

We’ve been visiting this bistro for several years. John has always been a gracious host. The food has always been exquisite. (Brian and his staff do a great job in the kitchen). The staff is always friendly and courteous.
This is a great place for a party too. Tonight we saw the other side of Bluewater. Within a few feet of the hand crafted copper stills – it’s party central. Plenty of room for the invited guests to spread their wings and enjoy the pleasantries of the evening. John Lundin and his better half Hannah took us on a tasting tour of organic spirits. And I’m not talking Ghost to Ghost. This was highly educational and loads of fun at the same time. Hannah even catered to my whim of craving a San Juan. It’s a great scratch margarita that has not been on the menu for several years. They still take me bake to a beach on the Sea of Cortez. Don’t let this gem of Everett slip by.
It’s an easy place to miss – tucked away among the Port of Everett offices. Just search for the tallest American flag pole near the marina. Stand at attention for a moment. Salute – then about face. There it is. You can’t miss it now and once you’ve discovered the place, you’ll never forget just how exceptional it really is. Thank you Hannah and John!

Some friends and I went here after work and it was great. The drinks were delicious (everyone loved what they got), and they had some really good zero proof options as well. The food was also good, primarily seafood options, but some non seafood as well. If you’re looking for a place with delicious cocktails and some good food, this is it.

One of my favorite places for a great cocktail and food. Would take a date here, would also have a hangout with friends. Great vibes and when the suns out it has some great outdoor seating.Being a distillery alone should let you know that you will be getting some amazing drinks, love how they have seasonal drinks for a change to the regular menu for once you get familiarized with it. The Rustic Mac and Cheese is a great option and don’t forget to look for the specials that always has something for anyones taste. Been coming here for years and would recommend it to anyone, always a good time.

However, tonight (Christmas Eve) we ordered their holiday dinner to take home. It was delicious!! Meatloaf, green beans, mashed potatoes & parsnips with a mushroom gravy. Sound pedestrian? Think again!! Everything was delicious and easy to heat and serve at home. It was beautiful, and tasted like my grandma was cooking in the kitchen.Add to that a cheesecake to die for!!
Also on offer was $15 bottles and cocktail mixers. You like a cedar gimlet? Even better when you can have “just one more” in the safety of your own home.

Bluewater is a must try place at the waterfront. We have been a few times over the last couple months and every time service has been great, food and drinks were delicious. Especially the tacos and chowder. The Nordic fire cocktail is the best! Very cozy atmosphere and great location for an after dinner walk.

On this instance my friend came in town and wanted to have drinks at the Muse, but it was full. So we settled on Blue Water. I came there, and he invited about 10 people mind you we weren’t in their party. We ordered food and drinks, but with only 2 on staff they were overwhelmed and I totally get that, so I bussed our own table and had to go to the bar to get the drinks. We got the bill I tipped 15% and paid for a bottle of vodka and Tonic that I ordered. Hanna which is the owners girlfriend came over and gave me a new bill with a mandatory 20% tip for being in a party of 6. I stated that I wasn’t in the party and by myself, and felt the service didn’t meet the 20% tip. Hanna decided to steal the $50 of tonic and vodka I had purchased. To say I was stunned would be an understatement,
I left without creating a scene, and didn’t leave a review at that time, to give her a chance to apologize the next time I saw her. Well unfortunately that didn’t happen, so feel compelled to tell people what you are in for at this establishment.

I feel I need to expand on my review from the owners response. My wife and I frequent all the restaurants in the port, and I have always given a minimum tip of 20% and been very respectful. Many of the staff we consider our friends and enjoying seeing them. I have been to the Blu Water several times and tipped that amount over the last 10 years and never had an issue with them until this incident. The fact they state “the next time I come in” should be very revealing. Even though I was stolen from, I believe in people make mistakes, but when you don’t admit them or pass the blame is when you must be held accountable.

I see you have changed your response, so feel I need to respond to that, as I had stated that I didn’t know any of the people that were there, and they weren’t in my party. I’m sure you lied about what happened after you stole the alcohol and tonic. From reading other peoples experiences and your responses it is clear you shouldn’t be running a restaurant business. Looking back I should have called the police, and had you charged with theft. My wife feels compelled now since you haven’t take accountability to write a review as well to state here perspective.

I brought a sailboat up to Everett and wanted a drink and a snack before my ride came. I wound up at Bluewater Distilling because it’s right in front of the marina. What a stroke of luck that was!
This place checked every box: setting is fantastic. It’s waterfront and facing west for a beautiful view. Outdoor seating area was huge.
Service was absolutely top notch
Food and drink was perfect: I had a red sky at night cocktail and it was one of the best cocktails I’ve had in ages. I got one steak taco and it was absolutely deliscious; tender steak, peppers and jalapeños on what looked like a hand-made corn tortilla.
I’ll be back for sure!

I’ve been to this location several times now and each time I have a great experience. Staff is friendly and the food is always on point. The representation for their food and drink items are really high quality. I loved my Cajun cod tacos! It was all really good. There is a lot of parking available, it is on the water front. The staff is really friendly and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this place! **Gratuity is included** just a fair warning.
