Amazing bagels and even better staff! Love when JJ makes bagels! I was blown away not just by the food but by the workers, the girl with blonde hair cracked me up with a joke love her energy! And the boy working with her was very kind as well. They work very well together even when they were busy I still got my food and a good time. Everyone I interacted with had a positive attitude can’t wait to come back! Love the weekday staff 100%!!! Highly recommend for all!

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and when I got home it was completely raw on the inside. They were very apologetic and nice but I couldn’t believe it when I almost bit into it and saw it was not cooked at all, I could’ve gotten extremely sick.

Today I encountered the worst customer service! I Ordered 2 Greek salads, what I got was 2 Greek salads with pickles instead of cucumber and no dressing (I dont eat pickles.) When I call to get this issue addressed I was told that I will not be getting 2 new salads but if I wanted I could take back the salads and she would PICK THEM OUT! When asked to speak to a manager I was told they weren’t around. The cheft then gets on the phone and tells to to come get the new salads that he apologizes. Ok great, I go back for the same person (Ayla) to throw the salad boxes sideways in the bag. When I asked if there was dressing in the box she tells me with an attitude that they put the dressing on the salad. Since when does Joe’s bagel ever do that?! One of them was my dinner and one for lunch. Guess ill be eating soggy lettuce for dinner!!! AND THE WORST PART WAS THE ATTITUDE I RECEIVED. The company has to hire people with better attitudes. Do better!!!!

I was so excited when I found this place for a new lunch spot. However, the food hasn’t been that good lately . I asked for a grilled cheese and the cheese was not even melted . I have to say I’m very disappointed. The owner did offer to give me a credit so they did try and make things right . However, I most likely won’t be back.

The food at Joe’s is always fantastic. The one in West Long Branch is my go to place when I’m at work. I went to the one on Fischer and #1 they had foul music with profanity blasting out of the drive through while I had my 3 year old in the car, and #2 they got my order wrong. I ordered two of the Joe’s Stack (3) pancakes ($8.95×2 for 6) when I got home, they gave me two stacks of 2. I called and they told me I ordered the short stack (2 pancakes for $9.50 each??) which wasn’t on the online menu when I looked. I called back and then they said the phone was muffled and they thought I said the short stack, but they will give me 2 extras. When I went back, I walked in to check the menu and see if there was a short stack on the menu inside and there wasn’t. The pancakes were really good, just next time just say you made a mistake and fix it.

Good staff respectful and kind, the macaroni salad tho.. it was so good about 2 months ago and the workers told me they had to start making it differently not that long ago and it’s not as good as it was before, the potato salad too. Almost like it doesn’t have flavor.

Kind of bummed. I’ve lived away for a few years and moved back. The food quality has gone down hill since. Point is still my favorite location and I usually stick to there. I’m a little disappointed, just feels thrown together.

This place sucks. I used to really like going here, but every time I go, the staff is so insanely rude. The food is alright, but I won’t be coming back to this location again. Don’t waste your time because every employee has an attitude and rarely ever smiles or makes you feel welcome. I recommend going to literally any other bagel place in the area—you’ll be treated better!

I normally love Joes bagels, but last few times i’ve been there service has been beyond rude. The girl who looked a little older with darker hair, when I was ordering she didn’t even make eye contact with me, she sat leaned over the register scrolling on her phone. She even got so distracted by her phone, the card reader wasn’t ready for me to tap so i stood there for a few seconds before saying something. I think it’s highly unprofessional to be on your phone or leaning over the register when a customer is ordering.
