Im trying to be fair, but this location under performing. I’m pretty sure it’s the least efficient location. I enjoyed coming here in the past, but don’t plan on giving this location another $17.31, the chicken got today was unacceptable leg and wing from the half chicken. I normally I’m 1 star 5 star type of person. This time I will meet you in the middle. You have to get it together. Moving forward I will go to another location.

i came ere just to try the tortaa about 2 weeks ago. i thought it wasnt gonna be all that butn it is so damn good… im writing this reviwe though because ever since i ate it o ive dreamt about pollo regio EVERY night in my dreams, no matter the dream or nightmare, its always about a torta, at first i was like ok i guess im just craving it.. but no, ive been getting a torta here everyday for the last 10~ days but i still keep dreaming about it is it just that good..? I DUNNO BUT I LOVE TORTAS!!!!!!!!!!

This place is FANTASTIC. We kept taking bite after bite from our bowls wondering, “HOW can it be so GOOD when it’s so SIMPLE???” Like the concept is so similar to Chipotle yet this place BLOWS that chain out of the water when it comes to complexity of flavors. Everything from the rice to the beans to the salsas to the proteins was FLAVORED in it’s own unique way!!! YUM!!!

The chicken was some days old and dry. Don’t sell leftovers to patrons so you can save money. Rice salty and sauce taste like paste. The tortillas were so old, they were stuck together. If it wasn’t so cold outside I would have taken it back. This location should close. I will never go there again.
