I work overnight shift for mcconnell AFB, I was hungry and went to taco bell. They were open till 3am I arrived at 1:47am I said in a very kind and respectful voice “ma’am I don’t mind waiting for it but can you make sure the shells are fresh?” She said “its 1:47am you expect fresh food? We run out of stuff im gonna give you what we have” Ive attached a photo of what they consider a hard shell taco. It ripped from the bottom just from me opening the wrapper. I didn’t ask for much man I just wanted a fresh meal, i offered to wait and everything. And this is the service I receive? she did not apologize for her attitude. Taco bell FAST FOOD DOES NOT MEAN COLD FOOD. They were open for a whole other hour, they could’ve made me something fresh and chose not to. Whoever let this lady work unsupervised on a night shift is to blame. All of my food was gross and cold by the way. Neither I nor my coworkers got to eat anything. Thanks.

My husband worked a night shift in the air force, he stopped to pick up food waited in line for 30 minutes, when he got home realized we were missing an item we paid for. Food was cold. We went back and had it remade, just to have hair in our food!
Another time at this same location we had ordered and said we were looking at the menu still, for the guy on the headset to say “you good bro” must’ve been taking to long to look. Not friendly at all, either when he had said it. Some guy wearing a hoodie.
As someone who has worked in fast food for five years, at multiple locations. This place needs to have better customer service and people who actually want to do their job the right way.

Pretty bad food. Quesadillas have barely any meat and just fall apart. Quesarito is worse than it used to be too. And it ain’t even cheap. Military discount is nice though

I was very disappointed today with this Taco Bell’s customer service. I gave them cash to pay for my order. Two twenty dollar bills. They swore I gave them a ten and a twenty. I did not have a ten in my wallet. Because I can’t prove it, I am out ten dollars. Be sure that when you give them cash, you know what you are giving them. Apparently they are good at slight of hand.

(Edit @ 11:12) -pulling up to the speaker I finally see the sign that the headsets are not working and to go inside or pull up – in the future a sign at the start of the drive thru line works best and will loose less business! I did hop out and inform the four vehicles behind me, but more than one sign should be placed!!)
It is 10:57pm (start) and the line is so so long there are four people ahead of me to the speaker and two behind me- I watched three people leave ahead of me when I arrived here…. I like Taco Bell and having the ability to order online is super convenient and quick, which in my opinion, should make the whole process here quicker. One would think anyway. I give it 3 stars because of the unnecessary wait in line time. If the staff knows this time is one of the busiest times , why are there not better preparations or faster working people in this time. I’ve worked fast food before and know the pressure – but 20 years ago the ability to order online wasn’t an option and really would have helped speed the process up knowing peoples order ahead of time. I’d like to think that a good amount of customers that come through at 11 pm place online orders, so why is it still so slow!? (It’s now 11:05 pm and still have two cars ahead of me before I’m at the speaker)

By far the worst Mexican Pizza I’ve received since they have returned. Yeah speedy service but way too speedy they didn’t even finish the cooking process. Cheese isn’t completely melted and the meat was liquidity. I like to have them add creamy jalapeño sauce and they barely put any on. Definitely not .45 worth!
