This was a horrible experience. The lady at the counter was rude and the young lady that served us our pizza said have a nice day. Who says that! The pizza we ordered was made completely wrong it was missing the sauce. Who makes pizza with out sauce, the cheese was literally sticking to my teeth. No one came and asked us if we needed a box we had to go get one! And there was nats bugs everywhere! The garlic knots were headed up and wasn’t freshly made highly disappointed! We have been here once before and the service was great and we tried again, this is our last time in this restaurant. You don’t like your job don’t come to work, find a better way to talk to your customers! ! The lack of communication was unethical!

We went back tonight because we had a phenomenal experience last week (service by Aubrey and food was phenomenal) when we went. Tonight was completely the opposite. This was on a Saturday night this time whereas our 5-star experience was on a weekday.
Tonight the service was the exact opposite. Our servers name on the check was Kat, I believe here name was Katerina. She seemed to have an attitude as if she didn’t want to be there. Literally she did the ABSOLUTE bare minimum.
The food tonight was a huge disappointment. I ordered the Grilled Shrimp and Scallops which came with a side of pasta with mussels. The shrimp were beyond overcooked and the mussels were huge but seemed undercooked. The entire dish was cold to lukewarm. My wife’s chicken dish was not hot either. Bread came after our soup and salads but all the other tables were given bread before.
From this experience alone, I will have a hard time deciding to go back, especially on a weekend. It’s such a shame because when my family really likes a local place, we tend to visit almost weekly.
Also, by seeing that none of their reviews have a response from the business, I will assume the reviews aren’t paid much attention too.

First time dining here. We absolutely enjoyed our meals. Food was amazing and our server Aubrey was very efficient, friendly and on top of all aspects of our dining experience. We will definitely be back.

Ever since they started hiring immature little teenage girls this business has gone to hell. The food is awful, customer service is awful, and the young ladies treat work as if it is their social hour. I wasn’t greeted walking in, the service was horribly slow, and the girls were EXTREMELY rude. I felt very uncomfortable, I could not even enjoy the food. I have tried to give this place multiple chances, but the employees just make it unbearable for me. I miss the old Paradise Pizza when teenage girls weren’t parading around causing problems, talking rudely to customers, and gossiping in front of everyone. Fix this little issue and maybe more people will continue to come here.

Update: Feels like things have improved. The last couple visits have shown this. The slice ready pies feature some creative options in addition to the usual suspects.
The Spicy Sicilian is a hit and the White Pie is consistently good. Oh…the Garlic Knots are Rockin.
The dining room needs a deep cleaning and some repairs including light bulbs replaced and windows need regular cleaning.
Adequate food and adequate service.
There are several others within a mile that do better.

I only order delivery but I can say this pizza shop has it all. From the moment you call, the customer service from phone rep, to the food and delivery are 100 percent outstanding. Inconsistent is probably the best word to describe this place. Received burnt/old onion rings and chicken fingers clearly there’s no quality control or they just simply don’t care. Have enjoyed Stromboli from here and a slice but the few times we’ve gotten onion rings and fingers it’s been the same not sure if they’re leftover and reheated or what. Would eat Stromboli again from here but that’s probably it.

I am very happy with my pizza steak choice. In my simpleton terms I will call the roll an Italian baguette. It is toasted. The menu says that the Cheesesteaks are made with sirloin. It is made with very good sirloin. A touch thicker slice of meat and more of a rip than a chop. The cheese is melted very nicely on top. The sauce is where they trick you. There is a little bit of sauce on top of the cheese. That is not all of the sauce. There is sauce under the cheese and it makes for a nice tasty juicy sandwich. The roll had a little tough time with all the sauce but I will consider that a good sauce problem and not a bad roll problem.

This is a diamond in the rough!!! I’ve been coming here since 2001! I hope it NEVER closes! I’ve been getting the chicken Toscanini sandwich for the last 20 years, along with pizzas (LOVE their Sicilian), dinners, and other sandwiches, etc. I’ve only eaten inside a few times (since their renovation) but it’s a BYOB so how can you go wrong?? It’s a must-try place! I thank them and the locals for keeping them busy and open!!
