I came thru the drive thru to pickup my online breakfast order as I was headed to Jacksonville. Iced coffee tasted like they forgot the caramel, the hash brown was fresh but whomever prepared my steak McMuffin needs to be shamed of themselves. I really feel like that cook would serve food they dropped on the floor. Half my sandwich was so charred it wasn’t edible. I’d never serve a paid for order like that to a customer PERIOD

If i could give 0 stars i would . I just came through the drive through about 20 minutes ago got home, opened my food to see 1. there was no sauce or napkins. 2. no straw for my drink . and 3. my burger was not cooked AT ALL. it literally was bleeding still . I took about 2 bites before realizing it and once i did i called the store to see how i can get a refund since i cannot go back to the store because i have a newborn who just fell asleep. The manager named Kyro told me its only done through the app and he can not help me since i placed a mobile order . I went on the app and there is no way to contact customer service to get my refund. Now im out money and im still hungry. I will not be returning.

Absolutely terrible service! We were the only ones eating in the restaurant & there were 3 cars in the drive thru. It took us over 20 minutes to get our food! You are forced to only use the kiosk and good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you. I stood at the counter trying to get someone’s attention for 5 minutes, they looked right thru me! I guess watching TikTok videos on your phone is more important.
Our food was cold when we received it & the Big Mac looked like it was put together by a 2 year old! No sense going back to the counter with the lack of customer service!
If this is your franchise you can do better! Your manager has no drive to work or lead a crew!

The manager, Xavier, runs this location exceptionally well. He showed real kindness and compassion during a very difficult time in my life last year. He allowed me to use the phone longer than I expected and went out of his way to make sure I had a hot meal.
Because of that, this location will always hold a special place in my heart. I truly encourage anyone who doesn’t already visit here to give it a try. The food is fresh, the service is fast, and the experience is genuinely pleasant.
It’s rare to come across people who lead with humanity, and Xavier is one of them.

This location is consistently slow and poorly managed. Orders take far too long, especially considering the lines are rarely long. When issues arise, staff routinely blame the customer or “the system” rather than taking accountability or attempting to resolve the problem. There is no sense of urgency, ownership, or basic customer service.
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but nothing ever improves. At this point, I will be driving twice as far to a different McDonald’s than deal with this staff again.
This visit was absolutely my last. And when I say this happens 100% of the time, I am not exaggerating. They open the drive-thru greeting by asking if I’m using the app. I respond yes, provide the code, and explain the offer. Almost immediately, the app confirms the code has been successfully redeemed — and anyone familiar with the app knows that once a code is redeemed, it cannot be reused. Once redeemed the the drive-thru worker says the code is invalid and wants a new code. This issue only happens at this location. When I get to the window, the discount is missing, I now begun taking screenshots just to prove it. Managers are frequently called over, yet no real solution is ever offered. Instead, they blame the app or something I did and offer a 10% discount — which is not even remotely equivalent to a $1.50 Happy Meal discount or a free Happy Meal.
This is poor service, poor accountability, and poor management.
Do better.

If you go to this McDonald’s good luck with the rude manager she scamming people on portion sizes and is really rude even though I was being nice and mature already making a complaint to corporate! She is a very immature woman to I wouldn’t even call her a woman she acted like a child saying so what I can’t do anything about it even though she is a manager! Second time they ripped me off of my money when that specific woman manager works there at 7 pm! Second time she has been rude and I was being the adult! I’ll post her name once I find out who that manager was! Wish I had taken a picture of the last time she was there and only gave us 16 nuggets when it was supposed to be 20! Another thing is everything is always soggy or stale beware of the burgers too that’s never cooked, this is another thing she wouldn’t take back and make a new one when we noticed it tasted like raw meat! It wasn’t cooked all the way!!!!

After ordering from this location off and on for approximately 18 months, I wanted to update my review. The day shift is amazing, and it is very quick service food made to order and hot each time we order. Restaurant is very clean inside and out on each visit. Night shift is a younger work crew, the orders are made quickly to order but doesn’t taste as hot and fresh as breakfast. Mobile ordering/delivery is available. You can use kiosks or counter to place an order. Plenty of inside and outside seating available.

I must express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that a portion of my food was missing. This oversight led to an incomplete meal, which was quite unsatisfactory. I had been looking forward to enjoying my entire order, and this error significantly detracted from the experience. It is rather inconvenient when items are not included as expected. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent future occurrences. Better attention to detail would be greatly appreciated. When you order four of the same snack wraps and one is missing, its very disappointing.

I’ve been here many times for granddaughters. Normally we order nuggets happy meals. They miss the sauces regularly and mess up other orders. To the dismay of everyone. We’ve gone in a couple of times and this ended in regret. Long wait times! Even if there were only a few people in. Seems to be an issue with many locations nowadays. When they’re on it’s good. Sadly it’s not the case. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient location for us

Negative 10 for Service. Christmas Morning. Placed an order on the app around 10-10:15am. Pulled up with my code ready & they said my name to confirm & said “We went ahead & cancelled the order.” I said I thought breakfast was until 10:30. Well it’s 10:32. Sorry. I’m sure I was actually at the pull up speaker exactly at 10:30 before they decided to greet me & break the news to me. I then asked if I could please order breakfast from them if the app order was cancelled by them & it was stated Manager said “No, it’s lunch now.”Seems that if out of breakfast items it would be nice to share what was left and that I could possibly order would’ve been a great solution. Very disappointing. Thank you very little.
