Immediately was greeted by the lovely owner that has owned many successful restaurants in her lifetime. I travel for a living so it was a warm feeling having a nice long dinner here. I highly recommend. New to Greek food and was beyond impressed. Everything was fresh and the staff went above and beyond to be kind, caring and very friendly. Can’t wait to visit again! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED.

I am in Seabrook, Texas for work and staying across the street from this cute, little gem. When I walked in, I was kindly greeted by a sweet young woman. She created a special “Shirley Temple” drink for me since I was trying to avoid caffeine and didn’t want anything too sweet. I ordered the gyro sandwich with fries. I am from Chicago and I have had many gyros that I thought were “the best”. This gyro has jumped to my number one spot! The best gyro, to date! The pita was lightly toasted, the gyro meat was grilled to perfection and there were generous portions of tomato, onion, and tzatziki. And let’s not forget the battered fries. So delicious. The food was moderately priced for the portions, too! I know it would be dangerous if I lived here, because it would be my go-to spot! If you’re in the area – definitely stop in for an amazing Greek-American fix. If their gyros are this good – I can’t imagine how wonderful the rest of their menu must be. It doesn’t hurt that the service was top-notch, as well.

We came with a group for brunch and it was somewhat busy. The staff was very nice and friendly. I got the pork kebab wrap and it was delicious. The Greek salad was amazing as well. 6 out of 5 stars. I definitely recommend

Everything tasted so fresh, you can really tell how good the ingredients are and how much care goes into the food. The baklava is clearly homemade and hands down the best around. The restaurant is spotless, bright, and very comfortable. We loved every bite. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Best baklava I’ve ever had…

New restaurant alert! We just had a phenomenal lunch at Athena’s Corner. Judd had the gyro plate, with an added chicken kabob, and I had the Greek lasagna. The food was fresh and cooked and seasoned so well. To finish, he had the chocolate cake (which was unusually light) and I had the BEST baklava I’ve ever had. It was flaky, not too sweet, and not saturated in syrup like most places. I could eat a tray and will be craving it later today…

If you are by Seabrook and love Greek food, this is a must try.

Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful service, and great food! We had the beef and lamb gyro, moussaka, requested a double cheeseburger with bacon, which they delivered and executed beautifully, and Athenian pasta and shrimp along with several drinks and a round of shots. Everything was quite delicious, and the prices weren’t to bad, although the shots were $8 each, which is a bit high. Definitely will return. Maybe won’t order shots next time haha

Been living in the Clear Lake area for a long time, but this was my first visit to Athena’s and it was really good. We ordered the hummus appetizer, which is made in house, & it was very good. The pita bread was fresh and warm. For our meals we tried the chicken kabob and lemon shrimp with spaghetti. It all tasted very fresh and was nicely portioned and plated with care. I ordered a side of the lemon potatoes which were great. Didn’t try any desert this time so will definitely have to come back. The dining room is very clean and really quiet, perfect for a casual evening or a date night.

Our “Sunday Adventures” brought us to Athena’s Corner.
We have been searching for authentic Mediterranean food since coming back from Israel that was a closer to home and without driving into Houston. Athena’s Corner is the best by far in this search.
Edit
2nd visit:
We really liked our first selections from the 1st visit but wanted to try other selections from the menu.
For appetizers, we tried the KeftedesMeatballs, Falafels & Dolmades Ladoregano.
The meatballs were interesting but smaller portions than expected. The Falafels were small, slightly over cooked (maybe we are spoiled from our Israel trips) but had a good taste.
For entrees we had Large Greek Salad with Gyro & Chick Pea Salad with Gyro.
For dessert we had the Ravani which was amazing!

First Visit:
Everything from the appetizer to dessert was excellent.
We ordered the Dolmades Ladoregano and Hummus for Appetizers.
For main dishes, we ordered Chickpea Salad and the Gyro Plate.
For dessert, we shared a Chocolate Mousse Cake.
We will definitely be back soon!
