First time here today. Had a great time. Very nice. Lively place. A young woman named Jasmine helped me. She was very nice and made it a great expierience. Definitely will come back whenever I am around. Food and service were both top notch, prices were good. Overall great expierience

The hostess seated us and asked about drinks. But never got them. The waitress was over a bit after and took our order. She was back with the drinks in no time. The food didn’t take long to arrive. The hotdogs and Chile were good. The dogs were all beef and the Chile was better then expected. The cheese, chili, and onions were a free add on. I got the extra dog for $2 more. The twist fries were ok. The wife’s meal should have been simple to pull off. Eggs,pancakes, potatoes. The potatoes were slightly under done. We were given only a small packet of surp. This place has some growing to do.

I dont gamble, but i come here almost every day just for their cafe because their food is that good. This is more like a diner than a cafe, and their menu is bigger and more delicious than any other diner in Pahrump. The prices are also CHEAP!

Eaten here several times but on a recent Friday night seemed to have numerous issues with the kitchen. People were coming to counter from their seats in the casino wanting to know where the food is. People sitting behind us got up and walked out saying they had waited 45 minutes for food and we’re leaving. Our food took 40 minutes, my food was fine, my wife’s was ice cold. Server didn’t come back to table to follow up. I DO NOT LIKE expediters who do nothing but bring out the food. Causes more issues than it solves. I hope this experience was a one time thing. Let the servers handle delivering the food and checking if all is ok, something the expediters never do. We will be back, not on a weekend.

The restaurant is really good. I had the open faced turkey dinner on New Year’s Day and it started the year right. Real turkey breast , real mashed potatoes, real brown gravy. Just amazing. The casino is also new and very beautiful. The best staff..

Walked in for a daddy/daughter date. Asked if they had a table for 2. I asked the waitress (who was doing nothing) instead of the hostess, which was my fault I guess. She just gave me a dirty look and told me to ask the hostess. This place is about as inviting as a smelly leather boot. Avoid.

Things I like about this place are that unlike every other Jackpot Joanie’s Iocations I’ve seen, this place isn’t just a Dotty’s knock-off. The machines are regular machines, and not situated so far apart from each other that it’s impossible to talk to your friends you come in with. I hope it stays that way. I’ve never been fond of the weird proprietary games or layout of the other locations.
The bar as well is just like any other casino bar with regular ole video poker.
If I understand things correctly, this building used to be Irene’s Casino, so the restaurant is called Irene’s. Nice throwback there.
I had a weekday breakfast in here off their weekday menu, and it was fine, but you can’t change the meal AT ALL for the price on the menu. Food was ok. Not great, not bad. Filled me up for the morning.
There are signs all over the place stating how much you need to gamble to get drinks. This seems to be a more and more common feature of casinos. As an old-timer, I find it off-putting, but I can understand it. Several bartenders have told me that the upcoming younger generation doesn’t have a great understanding of how these things work.
I’m moving into the area shortly, and this will be the closest casino/bar/restaurant location to my new residence, so I can certainly see going back, though there are other establishments nearby that I prefer.

I think it’s an extremely nice casino. Every time I’ve eaten there, the food’s been great. The servers have been amazing. They might need to extend their kitchen and another chef. Because it takes a while to get your food. But once you get it, it’s really good. The staff that works in the casino. The security guards are extremely friendly bartenders. Extremely friendly overall, it’s a great place to go.

Seated promptly after walking through the casino. Was wondering about all the “smoke atmosphere ” comments and surprisingly did not have the same experience as the complainers did. Waited on immediately and with professional attitudes. Ordered the turkey sandwich and onion rings. Both were pretty good. My opinion is don’t read other people’s comments and try it out for yourself. I just hope my husband liked it cause I would not mind trying other items on the menu.

Had a great valentine’s day dinner there. Dinner special for 2 was $74.99, included large prime rib, loaded mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, caesar salad, fried shrimp, dessert, and champagne. It was very busy so had an hour wait. Staff were very friendly. It really was wonderful!
