The inside of this place was mid. The food was horrible literally everything we ask for the server said they were out of. No type of accommodations no apologies nothing just were out of that. Literally the only side option they had available wes frys or a salad i dont know why. We had to beg our server to stop ✋️ flagged him down just to order a drink (BTW do yall do refills? Never seen not 1 refil ! )) . And the drinks are NOT worth the price they are charging. Look at my Pics. $44 for this nasty flimsy asz steak . Best beleave im never goin back to this place. Did I mention the food waa disgusting omg a waste of $600 for my mom’s birthday. Which reminds me i was told they charges 35$ for them to take the cake and bring it out to you with a song . When I got there my server told me it was 35+65 . I felt like someone was lien here or who ever they have answering the phones are missed inform badly. It sucks I wasted so much money here tonight but I know better for next time. Do not eat Here you will thank me later!

Watch out for fake reviews. There was a 5 star review right after mine claiming great cheesesteak egg rolls. My wife asked for those that same day and was told that was old menu and gone. Lovely layout and stylish restaurant. If you can get over the crazy prices the menu is unique and flavorful and colorful. Not exactly a cheap lunch location but a big expensive dinner place. I enjoyed the4 cheese grilled cheese except for the $18 with no fries. Ok have to downgrade – plastic cups with stickers still on and paper straws. Updating again. The grilled cheese. 4 cheese grilled cheese is bland and very little cheese. Ridiculous. Like a child’s Americans cheese.

We had the most amazing time! The food was so delicious and the service was perfection. Our server was Rebecca and she was delightful. Full of energy and great vibes. I recommend trying the drinks they were PHENOMENAL. My overall experience was a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back:)

Brunch at Sugar Factory was a whole experience! Everything from the décor to the drinks to the food was over the top amazing and I loved every bit of it. I had the Cheesecake Waffle and the Fuzzy Peach Penguin Mango Bowl, both delicious and picture-perfect. The energy, the flavors, the vibe, chef’s kiss!

Our experience at Sugar Factory was nothing short of spectacular, largely thanks to the vibrant atmosphere and the incredible service provided by Savanna. From the moment we sat down, Savanna’s energy and attentiveness set the tone for a perfect night; she was knowledgeable, quick with recommendations, and made sure every detail of our meal was handled with genuine care despite how busy the restaurant was. The signature smoking goblets and over-the-top milkshakes were as delicious as they were Instagram-worthy, and the food arrived hot and full of flavor. It’s rare to find a spot that balances such high-concept fun with truly professional service, but Savanna made it look easy. We’ll definitely be back for another celebration!

Not worth the experience. I was going to give it like 3 stars but my review will tell you why it’s only a 1. Me and the family ate there last night, at first glance it was cool and me and the family were excited to try it out. When you look closer it is not being well taken care of, the furniture in waiting area are extremely dirty, to the point I had to tell my kids not to touch the seats because they were about to eat. The hearts in front are cute decor but falling off everywhere, the men’s bathroom had drywall and wallpaper all peeling up and the only stall door was broke. There was glass on the floor next to us so staff is lacking in the cleaning deparment. We first walked in waited a bit because we were a little early for our reservations about 15 min. The toddlers were getting antsy being held. That’s all fine until we were able to go sit. The hostest saw we had our hands full and didn’t even ask if we needed high chairs or boosters she showed us the table and walked away. We had to wait for the waiter which took about ten min.The prices are crazy high. The food was just ok, but turns out it made me sick. Woke up in the middle of the night puking and more. Not to mention I asked for a steak filet and didnt get that. They told me it was but it wasnt a center cut and it was a tad tough with lots of fat on the side. The pitcures are over priced too. Not great quality and they are 20 dollars for 1 4×6 photo. Definitely 100% NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Came in 30 mins to close and was warmly greeted and sweeter right away.
Ordered the Watermelon Pina Colada. Super delicious with gummy candied fruits and a Spicy Pineapple Marg.
Our server was also super fun and friendly. Was our first time and will definitely be coming back. 🙂

Ill say this place had my hopes up but I was pretty disappointed, the only thing that was good was the waiter and the Mac and cheese bites the other food was pretty nasty. Chicken looked grey the grill cheese tasted as if it was microwaved the bread was hard. My daughter ordered a Dubai chocolate milk shake and all you tasted was freezer burned chocolate, place felt dirty I wouldn’t go back here
