Unfortunately, Amanda was the only one that was good here, the other ones no customer service. they can care less if you have to go to the bathroom, there siloed into one particular task and they don’t wanna do anything else. Amanda, I don’t know if she’s the manager, is about customer service and helping. Two people had to go to the bathroom, they waited considerably.

Old, outdated, and expired. This company should be completely closed down. They rely on ground beef. Ground beef is complete fraud. It’s not real beef. The secret sauce is similar to thousand island dressing. When I was younger it was only chicken sandwich and curly fries. Nothing else mattered. I am older now, nothing matters with this company. The company should be gone. It is too outdated. Not anywhere for the quality it should be at nor creativity for this company should have after all the duration it has been going for. Very boring. I do not recommend.

Went here for new witch shake ….. Unfortunately, no one explained to the employees how they are supposed to be made. I got a large vanilla shake with a little of the purple ube. Not one Oreo cookie in or on top!! I’ve been there twice and I’ve been disappointed both times at this particular jack in box. Never again! I’ll drive further to the one on J st.
