Our server Allye did a fantastic job taking care of our group of over 20 people. She was very courteous and on top of everything even being the only server for our entire group. We had such a great experience and kept such a great attitude through all our shenanigans.

Allye was AMAZING! She took care of a group of 20 people and didn’t miss a beat. Orders were correct, drinks stayed full, and she kept a great attitude the entire time. That’s not easy with a party that size, but she handled it like a pro. Super attentive, friendly, and patient. If you’re eating at Applebee’s, ask for Allye she’ll take great care of you!

Pasta was cooked to my liking which is cooked a lil longer so it’s easy to chew. I’m not an al dente kind of girl. I also love their Pina Colada. One of the best! Great place to drink, eat, and watch some sports.

Our server Allye was amazing. We had a large group and she got all of our orders right. She made sure we were taken care of. The food came out in a timely manner. The new burger O.M Cheeseburger was reallly good too!

Allye was an amazing waitress! her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were top-tier. She was super attentive without hovering, made sure everything came out right, and kept a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about giving good service. Allye definitely made our Applebee’s experience better, and I hope management knows they’ve got a great one. We’ll be back for sure!

Arrived at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday January 31st to pick up a to go order. I could see the order on the counter in the kitchen and waited patiently for 5 minutes.
I can see the To Go person talking and not paying attention to the area where customers arrive to pick up their to go orders.
After waiting 5 minutes I politely interrupted the to go person’s conversation with the kitchen staff and asked for my order.
This to go person had an attitude & a scowl on their face and was visibly upset that I had interrupted their conversation. They shoved the order at me and said ” There you go.” With a rude tone.
I responded politely saying thank you so much for my to go order & I wish you a wonderful evening.
Then this to go person scowled at me even more turned her back and went right back to her conversation in the kitchen. She has long brown straight hair & glasses medium tone skin. Looks to be about 5 foot 3 & middle aged. Not sure of her name as I did not catch a name tag & she did not introduce herself to me.
I do not recommend ordering to go here at this location considering the to go person is very rude and clearly does not care about business whatsoever. I can see how this employee cares more about their personal conversation. Which in case anyone was wondering, the entire restaurant lobby could hear because her voice had no volume control.
