This is easily one of my go-to spots. My brother and I frequent this place . Every visit reminds us why the sushi is consistently fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. The BEST sushi in recent history. The sushi and sashimi was so fresh! Everything was made perfectly and it was slightly cool as it should be. The prices seemed a bit high but when you see the portions you will be extremely pleased. The wait staff was very nice and informative. The atmosphere is of a modern American sushi house. This is another Chinese-owned sushi restaurant in the area. Ended up ordering Chicken Katsu Don, which was bland and the egg was supposed to be beatened but I was served with what looked like am egg that’s been poached hard.
Service was good. Everyone was a bit too attentive. I was checked on by 4 different person, almost didn’t have a “me” moment to eat my food. Cute decor.

So excited they’re open again! Volcano sushi is the best. The rice is always delicious and the staff is the nicest! If you dine in, they will usually bring you a free roll too. We LOVE the volcano rolls here. They’re delicious and have a bit of spicy sauce (it’s not so spicy that you’ll need milk or anything). Highly recommend!

This place has amazingggggg sushi! I would highly recommend it. The atmosphere is great… Low-key with low music. They have a full operating sushi bar. Take out food is always optional. Usually takes about 10 minutes, as well worth it!
