The real highlight of our visit, however, was our server, Tammy. She was simply wonderful and incredibly accommodating. My sister has a few specific requests, and Tammy handled them seamlessly and with genuine warmth. She provided excellent recommendations, ensured our drinks were always refreshed, and checked on us just the right amount. It’s rare to find a server who is so attentive and genuinely goes the extra mile to make your experience perfect.

It had been ages since I last stepped foot inside a Red Lobster, and honestly, it felt like a blast from the past, in a good way. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were easily the highlight and some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The fact that they just keep coming made it even better. The food quality overall was superb and exceeded my expectations.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which I really enjoyed. While the service was a bit mediocre and it took some time to get our waiter’s attention for refills and the check, it didn’t completely take away from the experience. If I ever have another group dinner there, I’d happily go back, especially knowing those biscuits are waiting for me!

My mom and I went there for dinner today. We were just in time for Happy Hour and had a delicious traditional margarita for $5 each. We shared the lobster boil and some fried calamari and both were amazing! Our server Christian was great, very courteous, fast, and super easy to talk to. I was very pleased with the excellent service I received from Katie V. Katie greeted me with a warm, enthusiastic welcome. She was very attentive and she listened very well to my requests. Katie was very personable, a great listener, understanding, patient, fast, efficient, and thorough.

My first time at red lobster. I went because my daughter wanted to go. She likes the biscuits and the seafood. The biscuits were cold and undercooked cooked. The mango smoothie was puree and tasted like nasty ice cream. I asked the survey for Parmesan chicken and asked if they had pasta so could order with it for my side . He said we have linguine so I ordered that. He brought the linguine out with no sauce. I didn’t even think about the fact that I had to tell them to put sauce. My baked potato wasn’t fully cooked and was full of sour cream and very little cheese. The calamari I ordered was also not fully cooked. This was a lackluster meal at best and I WILL NEVER COME BACK.. If this is the standard for Red Lobster close the rest of them down and just give up. Oh yeah I asked for sauce after a lengthy conversation and was told that’s an up charge. I’m adding this in edit… the silverware was also dirty.

We had an amazing experience at the Red Lobster in Schaumburg. Our server, Callie was so friendly & knowledgeable. Since we were traveling back to Indiana from Wisconsin, Callie’s ability to connect with us on a personal level made us feel very welcomed, plus the food was a 10/10. We will definitely return again.
