My husband and I wanted to try the fish sandwiches we had seen advertised. They were delicious! The employees were super friendly and helpful. We don’t go to fast food very often, Because in our opinion , it has gone way down in customer service, price and quality.

Sat in drive thru waiting on someone to take our order. Employee was at her car looking at us. Pulled around to window and one employee just started at us as she kept restocking cups as employee that was in parking lot started at us as she was just placing drawer in register. I could understand is they just opened but it was Black Friday @ 11 and they opened at 10. We ended up just pulling off due to no one acknowledging us. We knew they were open due to others sitting and eating and no they were not busy. Only us and the ones inside were there at the time!!!

Ill be leaving another review on the website. This is the worst experience ive had at an Arby’s. Rude as hell at the speaker, doesn’t ask what we want or how we want it. Then takes 30 minutes at the window with no one else in line just for 2 sandwiches. Go to drive off and open pur food to our surprise that it’s not even what we ordered. Charged 20 dollars for food that we arent going to eat. RIDICULOUS. Went to go back to get it fixed but there was now a line and we were being ignored. WOW. 0 out of 10 won’t be going back to this location.

The place is dead, and you have to wait until a soul emerges out of the grave to take an order. Then at the window, nobody even showed up after waiting almost 10 minutes. It was 2pm and appeared they took the order then went home for the day.

Mixed reviews on this visit. The good part…. sweet tea was good, Mozzarella sticks were hot & fresh, French Dip sandwich was good. The bad part…… fries were burnt, sauce containers were empty, waited at least 5 minutes for staff behind the counter to get sauce packets. The walls are crumbling inside. I much rather visit the Jesup, GA location than the Waycross location.
