I ordered a grandma pie. It came fast and looked nice but when I bit into it the crust was obviously stale and not freshly made. I called them up to confirm if that was the case and they said yes for grandma and Sicilian slices they remake the pie crust cook it a bit then finish it up when ordered the next day. I looked into if this is normal and it’s not. I expect a fresh pie when I order a pizza. Not complicated of a dish. Should be easy enough. This is just trying to cut corners. Sooo dry and makes me not want to order again.

What a nightmare!! I ordered online for delivery and they took almost 1.5 hours to deliver it. I called them at the 40 minute mark asking for an update on the delivery since I live only 10 minutes away, they said that the delivery driver left with the food about 10 minutes ago and since I live a bit far, they will be there soon. I informed the worker that I only live about 10 mins away, but told him that I understood. 20 minutes passed and I called again. He called the delivery driver and again told me that since I live “so far, about 15 minutes away” it is taking a little long. Again, I informed him that I only live 10 minutes away and that he told me the delivery driver left about 30 minutes ago so even if I lived an entire 15 minutes away according to him, the delivery driver should have still already gotten here by now. He apologized and told me that the delivery driver said hes 5 minutes away and that I should get the food any minute now. THE DELIVERY TOOK ANOTHER 20 MINUTES AND ARRIVED COLD!!!
If the food was worth the wait, I wouldnt have left a bad review, but not only was the food cold, but the pizza was soggy, tough, and super bland. The wings were overcooked and incredibly dry. I’m a firm believer that it’s almost impossible to mess up pizza and wings. Apparently, its possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Love this place. Have been ordering for the last 10 years since moving from NY. Their service is top notch. The chefs cooks all nice too! Their delivery men too. The people who answer the phone is always changing so makes me think the management may need to pay better maybe ♀️ otherwise great

I decided to try this spot for lunch and ordered the grilled chicken wrap over the phone with a nice man. When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked in and was greeted. I paid and left. When I dug in the wrap was ok. The flavors were just ok. Nothing major. All in all had a decent experience.

We live across the street, paid for the pizza upfront at 9:00pm. Asked for it to be delivered. The driver showed up at almost 10 PM with a cold pizza and a crushed pizza box. I called up the store and the manager/owner left me on hold … refused to accept that the pizza was cold, and then had his phone girl. Tell me that it takes 30 to 45 minutes for delivery even if it’s across the street… And then she told me I was breaking up and hung up on me when I told her what horrible servicethey provided.

Have been ordering here since they opened, several times a week. The food has gotten so bad. Pizza I got tonight was horrible. Tried to call, put on hold and finally just hung up. They don’t listen when you order on phone. And don’t get me started on how expensive the food is. I’ve given chance after chance, but next year they will get $0 from me.

I ordered a large pie with sausage and it was actually over done. When you pay with a credit card the receipt I signed had a tip preference. I really do not think that a tip is necessary for picking up your own pizza. The reciptes probably automatically print a tip on it but why don’t these computers have different receipts for pick up or delivery and eating in. I’m only saying this because when you get a receipt you have to sign and it shows tip. I feel obligated to tip. But I don’t do that anymore unless I actually get waited on.

Asked for extra ranch on the one he picked out of the pie and wanted to charge me an extra .50 cents
Pizzas always good but just thrown off with the extra 50 cents for wanting a tiny bit of extra sauce.

They made me buy a drink because they wouldn’t let me buy one slice of pizza… they did not tell me that the drink was the same price of the slice??? How is a seltzer water $4?? The guy also didn’t let me see the price when he charged me. Absolutely disgusting and the slice wasn’t even worth it. I would SKIP these people.
