What is happening at this place?? I visited on 3/5 and it was a nightmare. The poor guy at the counter was doing his best as there were only two employees and the girl was obviously having a horrible day. Unfortunately, she didn’t help him at all. She just stared at the POS system on the register the entire time which means he had to take the orders and make the sandwich. Later after finally paying, I sat down and saw the man yell at the woman about something. She ran off into the back visibly crying. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my sandwich because there was absolutely no hustle in either employee. I also saw a women come in and just grab some Dr. Pepper in her own cup and leave without paying. Honestly, shut this one down or get better employees because wow. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. On a positive note, I still love potbelly, I just will never visit this location again and want other people to know they shouldn’t go to this one.

I came in a few nights ago before an event and needed a quick meal. Chris was running this entire potbelly by himself that night. Not only did he make my sandwich to perfection, but he was exceptionally welcoming. We need more people like Chris in customer service Management should definitely reward that man for his dedication.

I had the pizza melt and it was great. The bread, meat, sauce all tasted very good. The staff were friendly enough. My biggest issue was while there were only two other people eating at the time, there was evidence of previous customers on 80% of the tables, crumbs, sauce, food bits, napkins on the floor under the tables, etc. All while there was no one in line and both employees were sitting in chairs looking at their phones. Other than that, I recommend the sandwiches.

This subway sandwich place is really nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was really delicious. The younger woman working behind the counter gave me flavour suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to order. They have great deals too, and the quality of the sandwich itself felt good. Thanks!

Who ever the employees were, that were working 11/1 at 4pm. You made our first ten minutes in Minneapolis so wonderful. We have never been to a potbelly sandwich place, and now we are fans! The service was so amazing! The gal working really sparked up great conversation and was extremely enjoyable to deal with. We loved it! Thank you

TERRIBLE SERVICE ps. I’m not a Karen, the service was literally so bad I’m writing a review which I maybe have done once in my life.
The store manager was so incredibly disrespectful to his employee girl making the sandwich, yelling at her and embarrassing her in front of the customers. She was shy, kind, and quiet and just dealing with getting yelled at mocked and talked down to by the manager.
It was so gross the way he treated her that I said I wanted a refund before they even gave me my sandwich. Then they refused to give me a refund…. He then Instantly called 911 to complain that I wanted a refund.
Mind you, I’m literally so chill and calm and soft spoken and didn’t get animated nor did I raise my voice at all.
I do not recommend supporting this location.

Friendliest kindest staff, it was the end of day & I was running w hungry child looking for food. The staff gave me a skinny cheese + cookie for free. They let us in despite the fact that they had closed their cashier box, they made us a sandwich, the offered more cookies …but we picked one. Thank you so much ! Located on the second level of the mall!

This place used to be great but has gone downhill. I’ve given it more than a few chances but orders still get delayed and there’s mass confusion amongst the staff. They don’t seem to communicate with each other nor with the customer. And the online ordering usually is unavailable now (I don’t know why). Hopefully, it improves.

This place is a freaking joke, stopped im at 6:18 pm to grab a sandwich after the gym, I walk in and informed that it was closed because one of the workers had a concert to go to tonight. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in a week. If your going to close at 6 then update your damn hours or if your the owner your getting scammed by your employees who are consistently closing early and your missing out on sales. This location sucks if its after 6 don’t even waste your time coming down because they will probably be closed.
