The waiter was awesome and the food was good. That being said we will not be going back $3.79 for a glass of sparkling water and unsweetened tea, food that doesn’t even fill up the plate, and missing items and wilted produce makes the bill a bit much

Our food came out cold. Not ever the butter on my baked potato would melt because it was cold. Our server didn’t even bring all my dads food.
Our server seamed to be brand new and not knowledgeable about the menu. She forgot dads potato and then came to say they didn’t have any more baked potatoes, at 430 in the afternoon on a Friday! And offered him fries which were also cold when she brought them out.
She also only came by once to refill our drinks and did not bring the tarter sauce and cocktail sauce we requested when ordering. We had to ask a different server who was passing by. She was very polite and brought us what we needed.
We had 4 adults and 1 child in our party and our bill $146 dollars not including the tip.
We did not complain or ask to speak to the manager, mostly because so many others already were. Also we never seen a manager walking around the restaurant.
The table behind us received their food (also cold) even before the their salad. We over heard them complaining as we were leaving.
My advice would be to not choose this location for your Red Lobster craving. It was very disappointing and huge waste of money.

Our waiter Andrew was great! He was very friendly and attentive. Andrew kept our glasses filled and fulfilled our every need. The food was great! I only have one complaint, I plates that are used for the food are very heavy and so hot. The waiter and waitress are going to have back and shoulder problems from caring the trays with the heavy dishes on them. They also need some mits when picking up the hot hot plates. We felt so sorry for the waiters that were working there. I picked up my plate after eating to hand to Andrew and it was so heavy. I could not imagine carrying a bunch of them around.

On February 14th, my boyfriend and I had a Valentine’s Day dinner at this restaurant. We initially requested a booth but were instead seated at a table. When we received our drinks, our glasses were dirty. Later, when we ordered our food, I ordered shrimp pasta but had received the shrimp with butter. I informed the waiter about the error, and she apologized. However, instead of correcting the mistake, she grabbed my fries from her serving plate and THREW them on my plate. I understand she may have thought it was a joke, but as a Valentine’s Day dinner, I expected a more considerate approach than a joke. Consequently, we ended up asking for to-go boxes and left the restaurant. I’ve never written a review before, but the service we received was not pleasant, especially considering the high bill. The food and service could have made the experience more enjoyable.

Most all places I’ve been to and posted reviews on have been fairly decent, good service, food, drinks, and atmosphere. BUT that was not the case at this Red Lobster. Total opposite! One star is too much for a rating as it should be ZERO.
My group of 9 went for Sunday lunch. We ordered drinks and food, appetizer plates where all dirty showing dried food, all silverware had grease and food on it, so we told the manager about it. Service was so slow and no drinks were even made at this point. With all the dirty plates, dirty silverware, bad service, this made us cancel our orders and we left. We will not return.
It’s sad to see a restaurant in such bad shape. I’ll be surprised if this one makes it.

This was my first time to eat at this location. Our server and the other staff were amazing, being attentive to us. We ordered quickly but it took 1 hour before we got our food at a mostly empty restaurant. Most of the food was ok but my lobster was tiny and very dry. It tasted better with butter but I find that to be problematic. The crab was very good and so was the rice. The shrimp was alright. I may try go again at some point to see if it was just an off day for them.

the alcohol drinks were pretty good i enjoyed that, i do not like where we were sat bc the AC had a black vent and it was dripping water which is fine but it was basically right over our table so the food could’ve possibly made contact with water and seafood boil was alright no sauce at all and bland i did not like corn it tasted old and plenty of spots in the restaurants to seat customers but our server was great and accommodating forgot his name

Our server Andrew was great, very attentive and friendly. Took good care of us. Food was very good. My wife and I both had shrimp dishes, plenty to eat. Atmosphere was kinda odd-granted it was a Sunday evening, but place seemed dead and seemed as if our server was the only person happy to be there.
