Online order for 30 minutes. Showed up and no order there. I was told it was given to someone else, but that seemed like an excuse for not making the original order. I agreed to wait 30 minutes more for them to make the order. Other than a verbal “I’m sorry”, they offered no discount on order or discount on future order. therefore, due to such poor customer service, there won’t be a future order. Food was good, except the chicken wings which were terrible. But poor customer service will keep me away.

It has been better then 10 years since I have had this pizza. Current date 9-13-22, Ordered via phone for carry out. Sounded busy over the phone. 25 minute wait for carryout per usual in this area. Friendly staff, great customer service. Loved the cheese sticks. I had a 12″ Bacon Cheeseburger pizza, it was so good. My wife ordered herself the 10″ Chicken bacon ranch add buffalo sauce. She loved it also. Great improvement from the first time I tried this establishment. Loads of specialty pizzas and build your own. Salads, appetizers, subs, wraps, ice cream and sweet treats. Check them out. Props to the owners, workers for a job well done.

I paid for wings and a simple milkshake, the girl makes me a half empty milkshake that looks like straight liquid ice cream not mixed, then she hands it to me and says with a laugh we don’t have a straw for your shake and if it’s to runny I’ll add more ice cream it’s really not a big deal lol and gave me a spoon lol I said I’m in my car for a while I cant drive and eat a milkshake with a spoon so you can toss that… instead of offering my money back they just tossed it …I don’t recommend this place to anyone customer service is the worst in town when it comes to pizza shops..
