2/19/26Well we returned to Starbucks after 8 years because of paying for coffee we weren’t getting! This was clearly a BIG mistake because NOTHING HAS CHANGED. This Americano is LITERALLY 3 inches full from the top! I guess you left PLENTY of room for cream, without me asking. Looks like I paid for a large and got a medium. I guess this is how you make your money! Ridiculous!

2/20/26 like an idiot I returned…I ordered a medium but received a small! You clearly do not care!!! You rip your customers off. If I pay for a large, I should get a large!!! You’ve officially lost our $150 a week coffee spending. Se la vie!

2/21/26 Not sure where I can post my response to the businesses response so I’ll update it here! Glad to know ALL I have to do is ask to have my drink remade. I think you’re missing the boat here. I shouldn’t have to check your employees work every time. I shouldn’t have to arrive at work to find out the medium I paid for is actually a small. I shouldn’t have to turn around when I’m 5 miles down the road and realize I got a medium instead of a large that I paid for. I shouldn’t have to check every employees job to ensure it was done correctly. That is YOUR job. This sounds like a training and efficiency problem to me. Don’t put this on me as the consumer. I’m letting you know there’s a problem.

The best part of this location is the supee fast frive thru!!!!! I never have to worry about my drink being made wrong at this location! I can’t consume dairy and this location always makes my drinks the way I order them! Trust me I can taste the difference! I always leave a tip too? Thanks 106th/mall ring road location for being the best in the valley!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Starbucks location today! The baristas were not only quick and efficient, but incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure my mobile order was perfect. Despite the busy morning rush, my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino was ready in under two minutes, which is just amazing. The store was clean, the atmosphere was inviting, and I truly felt valued as a customer. It is this consistent quality and great service that keeps me coming back again and again. Highly recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for a perfect coffee and a positive start to their day!

SUPER unusually long wait in drive through every time I come here. Don’t know if it’s the inept people of South Towne shopping Center who can’t order a drink properly but this place STRUG-GLES on getting drinks out in less than 15 min. I expect that wait at a local joint, not a mass produced and pre-determined and tested process corporation that is of $SBUX. Wild times, I tell you. Stop by if you’re bored and have not much else going on!

EDIT: This is the FASTEST Starbucks location I’ve ever been to… like Chick-fil-a fast! And everyone is always so nice!

Anytime I get an iced drink here it is never a full drink haha! This is my shaken espresso before drinking any so it’s basically 1/3 of the way gone. Tastes great, not worth the price.

Friendly staff and drinks almost always made as ordered but, service at this location is sooooo slow. Inside as well as drive-thru. Drive-thru wait is painfully long…
3 weeks later, 6:40 am, 9 cars in the drive thru so I went inside to order. Only 4 people working, one of those is dedicated to the drive thru orders, one warming food. This location needs more people working. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a coffee inside when there was only one person in front of me.
Staff still super friendly and professional. Management seems to be the issue…
