Its pretty sad that we can not get food at Arby’s in ocala and have to come to gainesville to eat. Jalen, Robert and Landis are what fast food should be, these gentlemen take great pride in cooking and serving food. Only complaint we had……THE FOOD WAS HOT…..LOL. Great job guys you definitely rocked it, and we will call ahead from now on to make sure your there. Again thanks you everything.

This Arby’s location consistently makes great sandwiches! Also, the drive-thru cashiers are always very polite, even when they are mad busy. I go to this location exclusively although I live closer to a different Arby’s. The five stars I’ve given are well-earned.

I went to Arby’s this afternoon like 12:30ish-1:00 I ordered the 2 for 8 euros…I was very hungry being that I am not in the city where I live…I decided to stop to Gainesville Arby’s on Newberry road… thinking imma get hot fresh soft ones ..well to my extreme disappointment both sandwiches shell were hard as a brick..I couldn’t even break the euro shell that were supposed to be soft they were hard as rocks I hadn’t ate all day and needed those sandwiches for a full stomach for meds sake…they failed on those beef Euros horribly

Maybe because it was late at night but it was the worst fish sandwich ever. The fish was very very hard I can barely chew it on the edges. It seemed like it had been fried many many hours ago. The service was very friendly

8/24/23 11:45am stopped in for lunch and ordered a Ruben combo. The sandwich was a little on the salty side as the fries were also. The sweet tea did not taste right either. The ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup. The restaurant was clean as well as the restroom.

Every time we order something is always wrong. Tonight ordered 3 medium Arby’s sandwiches asked that they be put in the box instead of the wrap. Well they did that but when we got home to eat and opened them up there was no bread. I did not say no bread. I just asked for them to be put in the box. Something is always wrong with our order here. Next time will go to a different one eventhough it will be further to go.

Ok they are open to start with… very friendly and nice staff. Food was better than most Arby’s. Very clean place, ofcource still has the new smell to it… It has the usual Arby’s stuff. Concidering the location it might be a better option than other fair around the area. And as per a previous reviews about hobos living in the back that is simply not true, see the pics.

gave me someone’s old sandwich it was soggy i guess it was too much to make a fresh one and when i went to take it back the lobby was already closed at 9:15 so i had go threw the drive threw the guy acted like i was a problem the first time i ordered and after i had to come back threw because of the soggy old sandwich they still acted like i was the issue and a problem to handle. i like coming with the day crew the food is usually good but that night crew holly crap….!!!!! picture attached!

Being the meat eating carnivore I am when I saw the steak nuggets I immediately had to try them just to find out they are the biggest disappointment Arby’s has to offer. When I opend the container to my surprise there is a burnt hockey puck of a meat slab in there I was so excited to try these but now I’m greatly disappointed and want my money back
