I am normally a big JJ advocate and will go out of my way to go there over other options when traveling. Well convinced my wife to go to JJ over Culvers on our journey home on I35. She ordered a beach club which is supposed to have Avocado and Turkey on the sandwich. Well 15 minutes down the road once getting settled she goes to eat here sandwich and these items were completely overlooked… needless to say it was a miserable remaining drive home. How do you forget the primary ingredients in a sandwich?!

Ah, young padawan, to Jimmy John’s I ventured, seeking sustenance in the form of the Kickin’ Ranch Chicken Wrap and its companion, the Kickin’ Ranch Chips. Strong in the ways of flavor, this meal was.
The wrap—balanced, it was. Spicy, yet not overpowering, a true harmony of heat and savor. The chicken, tender as a Jedi’s wisdom, wrapped skillfully with care. A fine creation indeed.
The chips, though seasoned well, did not wield the same fiery power as the wrap. Yet, satisfying they were, a noble accompaniment to my feast.
Swift, the service was. The staff, friendly as allies in the Rebellion, ensured my order was prepared with haste—faster than a speeder in pursuit.
A fine establishment, Jimmy John’s is. Strong in the Force, their flavors remain. Recommend it, I do.

Their veggie sandwich always hits the spot. The staff are efficient and good at what they do. Very polite. The dining area is clean. The ice in the pop machine didn’t work, but life moved on. They are reasonably priced compared to other sub shops. Parking at this location can be slightly challenging as it is a shared parking lot.

I ordered a three-cheese pizza sub as comfort food when I was sick. I got home and they charged me for and gave me Sicilian so I was left hungry and miserable because I can’t eat meat. Reached out to JJ thinking they could make it right because mistakes happen, but their response was basically “Sorry but you ordered it.” Customer service 0/10. Waste of $10 on a sub no one even ate. Not returning.

The only issue i have is the delivery they are slow normally, but sometimes they deliver through door dash and I dont get to see my food for an hour and a half

Delivery driver lost his key. They had to find someone else to deliver our food. Waited over an hour since it was order and was waiting for 40 minutes since it said out for delivery. The store is only 7 minutes away. Next time I’ll just go in. Why offer delivery service if you can’t provide it efficiently. So much for freaky fast delivery ♂️

Always love this place while on the road! I get the Unwich, which is a lettuce wrap instead of the bread, and it’s not too messy to eat. The lettuce is always decent. My kids like it, too! They have a Jr option.

Pleasant lunchtime outing. The guy that served me (I assume to be the manager) was a super sweet guy, and the cashier gave me a large cup for water instead of their dinky plastic ones. Music was a bit loud, but they had a good playlist of classics, so it was overall a nice experience.
