I got the Swamp Dog (gator dog with guac and etouffee) with cheddar bacon ranch fries and my boyfriend got a MYO hot dog with kielbasa, chili, slaw, and bacon and the chili cheese fries.
I think the bacon could be better (cooked rather than chopped cured deli bacon) but overall good food for a good value! The hot dog bun was INCREDIBLE.

Any time I am in Hattiesburg, I make it a point to go to Dis & Dem. Coming from New Orleans, it’s very much like our chain of Dat Dogs. Which both offer a fun environment l, excellent well rounded menu with something for everyone. On my last visit, the owner came out and chatted with us exclusively and shared some of his secrets which was really cool.

One of the best hamburgers I have ever had. This place is a hidden away gem that everyone should visit. Hamburger had a flavoring to die for. Food was fresh and proper sizing. Make sure you stop by here.

Amazing food, great atmosphere. We will be going back. Love that they were super kid friendly. Prices are not to bad considering the burger sizes, and fries. Paid more for a plain burger. This place is def worth a try. I couldn’t have been happier with a great family dinner night. Also the jazz band they had there tonight was great.

Food was just okay. Prices were high for the food quality. The chill tasted like it came from a can. Burger was good but other gourmet burger joints in the area are even better. Last, do not ask me to enter a tip amount when I stand in a line to place my order and you have NO ONE in the dining area to check on tables. $10 for a 1/4 lb burger and fries ( no drink) should come with something like some service.

Best burgers ever! We love this place and go often. The fries are also really amazing. Tried the Pacific dog tonight, I highly recommend it! Try to make the Sunday brunch (11am-2pm) if you can; the egg dishes here are to die for! Their eggs benedict is especially fantastic. I am trying to work my way through trying everything on the menu, and I have yet to find anything I don’t like or would hesitate to order again. I recommend Dis & Dem to everyone. The food here is amazing, the staff is kind and welcoming, and I have a good experience every time I walk in the door!

Food is great…owner made hot wings to my order. We also had bratwurst which was perfect…best fries in town. Beignets not cafe dumonde but really good. Super atmosphere and service. This will be a regular place for us from now on! Get the house draft beer for $2.00.

It’s hard to beat a good burger or dog and Dis & Dem delivers. Unique flavor combinations of the Mississippi Dog make this an item you must try. Service is sincere and embodies a hospitality that goes above ad beyond. Our visit was great.

Took my great neice for lunch and she loved it!! She ordered the dis&dem burger with spicy sausage on it, along with probably the best fried pickles ever. Never been fond of fried pickles, but the seasoning and coating on theirs is awesome. I ordered the Chicago dog, it was delicious. You wont regret it by trying dis& dem.
