It was a great experience, for it to be busy as it was I didn’t wait for my food long. The waitress did a great job making sure I was ok and my food came quickly as possible. The noise level was a lil high due to parties of tables. But wasn’t that bad (felt they could’ve controlled it) no critics they did a great job overall. Thank you guys!!

I should have checked reviews before I came, but I figured ihop wouldn’t be bad…. I should have gone to one of the many other Waffle Houses with bad reviews.
This location needs some help. The restaurant is dark and dingy. Dirty menus. Ripped seats. Splatters on the wall. Damage all over. Seeing the dining room, I didn’t want to use the restroom. Unfortunately I had to and it’s about as bad as a truck stop.
For your “silverware,” they give you plastic to-go utensils. Guess the dishwashers are too lazy to do their job. Also, this wasteful decision adds to the operating cost of the restaurant….
Out of the five staff members on duty, only one seemed to care about attending to their customers and giving them a pleasant experience. I’m that wasn’t my waitress. Our waiter was brand new… I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.
Doesn’t ihop have a dress code? This location suggests otherwise.
Coffee came out warm… Either they don’t keep it on a warmer, or the machine is broken.

Finally food came. Poached eggs were overcooked. Hash browns were not crispy and soggy. But I mean, what else could I have expected at this point?

We stopped here while passing through on vacation and had such a good experience. The staff was super sweet and welcoming. My daughter was having one of those moments, and everyone was so patient and kind about it, which honestly meant a lot. They were helpful, understanding, and never made us feel uncomfortable. The food was quick, hot, and exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. Really glad we stopped here—great service and genuinely nice people.

DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE A HOMELESS SHELTER EATERY. Omg I went here with my mom. As soon as I walked in it felt dingy. We was seated and I went to the bathroom. This was the worst idea. It was as old and dirty as a bus station bathroom. It was so smelly, dirty and raggedy. Everything in there was run down i couldn’t use it. As I walked to where my mom was seated I looked into the entry ways to the kitchen and OMGGG DISGUSTING! It looked like mickey mouse and his whole family lived in there. I went to the one in stonecrest mall and you’d one was the TOTAL OPPOSITE. it was clean, the bathrooms smelled good, looked remodeled and better and the servers was really nice.

Walked In it took a minute for me to get seated AND I CAME IN THERE BY MYSELF. Got sat , took a minute to get somebody so I can order my food they were all talking in the back I kept waving someone down. They when I paid for my meal with cash the exact amount, the lady sounded like she had an attitude I’m not going to tip if my service was slow definitely not how things work.

First off, where the manager at? You have an establishment full of kids and no manager on site and it shows. Multiple tables were just dirty and there were no customers in sight. Everybody just chillin. Anywho, after we were sat (party of 2), a party of 4 was sat. We got our food, it wasnt even hot. We didn’t see the server throughout our meal. The next time we seen our server was when she walked to the party of 4 and said that their server was uncomfortable coming back to the table because one of them called her out her name. Them kids ain’t said none of the sort. Crazy though, cause how would their server know when all of the employees were in the back the whole time? Anywho, we watched a party of 2 walk in and wait and noone ever came to the front- even after one of them came out the restroom and yelled that there were people waiting up there. They left.. NGL, I would have too cause what were y’all doing? In the midst of the 4 party walking out cause of what transpired, they walked back in and requested a manager. They said the manager wasn’t there and the employees went back to the kitchen to gather while their server ran to the other side of the store when she heard that they were walking back in. Its obvious these kids don’t have a lot of experience and they need to be taught and mentored cause the customer service was lacking real bad. To wrap this up, when our server came back, I requested the check and a to go sweet tea. I told her that I would like to tap to pay she said ok and left. When she came back, instead of having a to go sweet tea, she had her purse. When I asked about the sweet tea as we walked to the front to check out, she told me she would get it when she came back.. I paid and left. This location just need to do better and I blame management. I can’t even say lead by example cause there was
no one to lead..

Food was mid and this was surprising considering all I had were tenders and fries.
It also didn’t help that the wait was a little long when it wasn’t even busy nor a rush hour.
The atmosphere was spoiled when one of the workers in the back either started yelling or screaming about something.
The bathroom here needs a major renovation and deep cleaning my goodness.

I haven’t stepped foot in this establishment in 10 years due to seeing roaches during parkour in the joint. I took a chance and the food was prepared actually, fruit was fresh. I was pleasantly surprised.
