Our waitress seemed to not know what soft drinks were available, and the only customer bathroom was out of order. Really not a good look for a new establishment. Had I known this was happening, we wouldn’t have ordered food and drinks. We were traveling back home to IN.

Horrible. My first time. Service is very slow. Waitresses can’t answer basic questions on menu. When my food came (10 mins before wife’s) my steak and fires were Cold. After that no one working there knew what to about situation. They will make a new meal but my wife will be long done with hers. I opted to let my wife eat hers (which was good) and just sit. NO ONE knew what to do and then stayed away from us
NO customer service what so ever. People did not know what to do about the problem they created. I paid for my wife’s meal (no tip) and left.

The Country fried steak was just as big as in the picture it went over both sides of the plate. It was really good. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was awesome.
We will definitely be back when we are in this area!!

I enjoy their food except when they put their special sauce in the tray and stick it in their very small warmer and by the time you get home the containers are melted and the sauce drys up around it. I think the sauce should be put into the container when it’s picked up

It’s clear everyone’s frazzled from a hectic opening week, but that’s not stopping the staff from doing everything they can to deliver good food and good service. The food is delicious, the drinks are cold, and the staff is kindhearted. I can’t wait to return!

HORRIFIC! Food came cold, was charged for food we didn’t receive, some bacon was practically raw, some was burnt to a crisp, beef burger was partially raw, their was hair in my baked potato, and fries were nearly ash! The waitresses were dismissive and avoidant, we will NEVER return!
