LOVE this place so much! The bagels are absolutely delicious! This morning I had the Bee Sting (without the hot honey) and my husband had the James. You can tell there is a lot of pride and hard work that goes into this business! Cheryl herself took my order and the other two ladies working in the back were so kind!
Let me just say if you are in bountiful and you are wasting your time and money at Einstein Bagels- stop. This place is the absolute opposite Einstein. Cheryl’s is a local, small business that is fast, delicious, they have real eggs on the bagels and all around are better quality and service. I will be back for sure!

As a first-time customer, I ordered a baker’s dozen of a variety of bagels online 4 days ahead of when I needed them. I read reviews about the bagels, so I wanted to try them even if the small business was over 30 miles away from me. This order was to share with work groups as a treat. Unfortunately, things changed, and I tried to contact the business the day before the order was due to see if the order could be changed by one day (I missed seeing the policy online because it didn’t stand out from the rest of the regular size print). On the 4th attempt to contact I talked to an employee that became immediately defensive and said they couldn’t do anything because of policy, not even listening to my situation. I work at a company that has tons of policies, but I know there are some exceptions. The only option offered to me was to pick up the order, but I couldn’t so $19.57 would be wasted or hold onto the order for the next day, which would mean I would have day old bagels. Of course I was upset. I called back asking for a supervisor, I expressed I would review this business about their customer service, but luckily the manager gave me the opportunity to explain my situation. They offered to make an exception, and they would have my order the next day and understood my order was 13 bagels which was a small order for online. I went in the next day to pick up my order; the employee was rude. She quoted policy and made me feel as if I caused a major inconvenience for the business plus, she chastised me in front of employees and a customer. In the end, all I wanted was fresh bagels for the money I paid. As a new customer, I hoped to have been given the benefit of the doubt at least once to make a mistake. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be coming back. The bagels were excellent but would have been better with a little cheer during the holiday season. One star for customer service and 4 stars for the bagels.

Plenty of parking.
Only to go orders, no seating, but that is OK for me.
Sadly, there is no online ordering, which would be more convenient.

Now this is an East Coast bagel! Boiled, blistery and chewy. Not a roll with a hole. You can judge the quality by the plain flavor, and those all got gobbled down by our group. By far the best bagel I’ve had in Utah after being disappointed by a few others.

I love everything about this place. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the energy of the employees and Cheryl herself! Absolutely love when I see the star of the show doing the things the rest of the crew is doing. The bagels remind me of the northeast. Fresh with the most amazing texture. I could tell that from the one bagel I tried there would be no wrong choice as to which bagels I will choose next. Thank you for the amazing service and experience! I’ll be back in to order more of that delicious stuff.

I’m no bagel connoisseur (I’m usually good with bagels from wherever) but this shop does make the best in Utah (that I’ve tried so far). Plus my fiance is from the East Coast so she’s much more an expert than me. Both the bagels on their own and the breakfast sandwiches are soooo good. It’s the only place we pick up bagels at for the house. Cheryl has been there on multiple visits so getting to chat with the shop’s namesake adds a touch of authenticity. She clearly knows her bagels and customers. The atmosphere as is is good as it sits in a strip mall, but having a place to sit and eat would be great if a bigger location is possible in the future!

Went in for the first time yesterday. I got to meet Cheryl, who was lovely, hardworking, and is from the same area as my family in New Jersey. She knows her stuff. When I saw her put the cream cheese schmear on the bagel I knew she was the real deal. These are the absolute closest bagels in Utah to Jersey bagels. Really delicious, can’t wait to stop by again soon.

Cheryl was the cutest lady and we had the best time chatting while our sandwiches and bagels were being made. She was extremely personable and the food was incredible. I would go every day if I lived closer.
