DRIVERS… quick check-in and loading (30-45mins), friendly people. Bathroom inside check in office. They don’t list the weight for the load. Also they double stack the pallets. Even if it looks like they packed it in tight, the cargo will slide around and they don’t wrap the boxes. So secure it as best you can.

27 years, I’ve been doing this, and never seen a place operate like this. They bring out the bills and the weight isn’t on them anywhere. They say they don’t know the weights when they ship them. Either an obvious lie or incompetence. Told them I can’t sign and take it without knowing the weight. Rather than find out, they started to unload me. The broker coming up with an alleged weight (we’ll see) was the only thing that kept them from doing so.
I recommend giving your load back to the broker rather than come here.
