As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food is as good as it’s expected to be which is good, the workers in terms of service is average but not below average which is fine as well, and I’ve never been given a reason to not go back there. They are timely with the food and do what their supposed to and that’s good enough for sure. Some places can’t even simply do that so it’s good when people do the right thing.

i usually have no problems what si ever here. i stop by on ny way to work quite often and have never had ti check my bag to see if u have my order right. but today i probably should have. have tried calling but no one answers tge phone and cant leave a voucemail cause its full. My food was so good. I got a checker burger and chili dog. Haven’t eaten in checkers in a while d so o it was refreshing to be able to come here and get my food the way I used to always get it. Granted I added my own cheese and relish because that’s how I like it and I forgot to add cheese when I was there but even without me adding to it I know it still woulda been bomb. ✊

This place is clean but the staff is weird. It was empty and no one was in line behind me, but instead of just handing me my food, the cashier made me drive over potholes in that poorly maintained lot that doesn’t look safe at night, to circle around and drive to the passenger side of checkers where you have to come out of your seat and stretch aaaaaall the way over just to get your food. It was so unnecessary!

The lady in there is NOT a happy person.. she always has an attitude. I even heard her talking crap about the customers behind me on the drive thru.. she then wanted to argue with me about a coupon for agree fry that I had and say that it had already been redeemed. So instead of further arguing, I just told her to use the $1 fry coupon.. I then asked if the bbq sauce for my chicken bites was in the box she said “you didn’t specify, you have to tell me when you order” before she gave me a sauce.. btw the bbq chicken bites were overexcessively dusted with a bbq powder.. she then made the mistake and printed out my remaining rewards with my receipt and clearly the free fry one is there (see pic) we normally don’t have an issue with them except I’ve commented to my husband about her attitude before.. it’s ridiculous. If you’re gonna work in any kind of customer service, you can’t act like that..

I went to make a order of 70$ and I see the employees are not using gloves and nor hairnets and also one the workers was with the cell phone and I see her putting her phone on the top where it’s the papers bags , also all the sodas were disgusting no gas at all , no worth paying all lot for this service , not recommended at all
